Thank you for the support! It was a first shot at a review video for me. Been thinking of doing a one year of ownership video soon. I appreciate the comment. Be well, my friend!
Nice comparison of those 2 machines. Cool to see the 400 would almost do 50. My 2021 600 has topped out at 63 and it felt DANGEROUS. Can’t wait to see more videos soon
Thanks man! looking back.......there is a chance that she was in 4x4, will have to try again soon. I agree, anything over the mid 50's on an ATV starts to make me ponder my life choices. haha Getting back to my channel after a bit of time for a wedding and some travel. Thank you for the support!
I was gonna buy a can am 700 but the out the door price was crazy. I picked up a 800 xc and absolutely love it. Plenty of power and it’s fast. I ride with a guy who runs a brute force 750 and I’m on his back the whole time. He was actually shocked that he couldn’t lose me of the straight away’s
I purchased a 2022 CForce 600 Touring in May 22. This May I got a ZForce 800 to add to the stable. I am a former Polaris snob but when you weigh them price for price and capabilities the Polaris just doesn't cut it. I have had zero troubles from my CForce in a year of hard riding. Another bad thing to mention about Polaris is the attitude of my local dealer here in Montana last year when they had no inventory for a while. They wouldn't even take my number for when they got units in.
My dealer had said that CF Moto was really aiming for Polaris with the value and product. Shoot, I think the US headquarters is in the same town (or close)to Polaris. You sound like you've got some nice rigs there Michael. Both myself and my brother have a few of the CF's....and they mostly replaced Polaris for us as well. Thanks for watching, I really appreciate the support!
Hey DB Cooper! Those are some nice machines you've got there! So far, both are holding up great. Had the 500 out for some winter trail riding, but it's been saving my butt by plowing all the late season snow we've got in NH. The 400 has been earning it's keep by hauling my sap sled for my little maple operation. Thanks for the comment man!
Hey Sean, this is Rob from Main Street Cycle, the #1 cfmoto dealership in the world. If you would like to do and accessory upgrade reviews feel free to reach out to me and we can get you hooked up. Nice vid. Keep up the good work
Hey thanks Robert! I was watching all your videos when I was waiting for my machines to arrive, very great work!! Thanks a lot.....my brother just brought home a new 1000cc Overland and I am excited to check that thing out and do a video review. Will absolutely be reaching out and I appreciate the offer. Be Well!
That's awesome Jeff! We have been very happy with these and think they are a great value....looking forward to doing some winter riding and bringing them out on the lakes for ice fishing season. Thanks for your comment!!
@@seandrake4571 I just installed the cfmoto accessory windshield kit on mine and it works awesome. Great protection from the cold. Very easy to install and rugged.
Hey, that's awesome and good to know. I've got shields on a couple of motorcycles, they can make an amazing difference for staying comfortable for sure. I hadn't even thought about looking at the factory accessories, thanks!
@@jeffbrown339 Hey Jeff, this is Rob from main street cycle, keep us in mind for all your CFORCE parts and accessories! We have them all in stock and look forward to hearing from you! Keep up with Sean Drake's Channel because he will be showcasing some accessories in the future!
I prefer not to have power steering as well. You feel more of how the machine is handling and you feel more of how rough the trail is which may keep you from going faster than you should on a rough trail. Plus, one less thing to break. One thing I've noticed is the speedometer seems to lag a bit and have the numbers jump up and down. Has that been a problem or annoyance at all for you? I really miss analog gauges. My 2021 Argo Xplorer speedometer seems to work smoother based on what I've seen in this video and a few other CFmoto reviews. I'm still thinking my next machine might be a CFmoto.
Hey Dan! I agree, and miss analog. Also seems like one more thing that could fail and I couldn't fix. But honestly, I only glance down while trail riding once in a while.......so its not a huge annoyance. I've owned these 2 machines for 10 months or so, and still very happy with the purchase. (And I'm a old honda fan).....I wish you the best with your choice on the next ride. I very much appreciate you watching! Be well
Right on! I think they were a slightly different design. But I must say....so far, I'm very happy with these. Hope you are loving your machine as well.
Sorry, for the delayed response. The brake levers are on the left hand side. Some Polaris folks like them on the right.......and there are kits to switch them. But I personally like to have them opposite of the throttle.
Hi David, thanks for subscribing. I would highly recommend checking out the CF moto's. A lot of value with some great warranties in my opinion. Just posted a ride video and I was very impressed with the C Force 500 on the trail.
Still can’t get past them being a cheaper Chinese machine. I’m seeing more and more of them like you said. Just wonder how they will be when they are5-10 years old? Good review. For now I’ll continue to pay for the overpriced Japanese machines. Keep us updated on how you like them.
I know, believe me.....these are a bit of a gamble and outside of my lane for sure. I'm a Honda, big red guy who swears by the long lasting quality of the Japanese workmanship. Planning on doing a bunch of updates with ride videos and track any issues that comes up. Thanks for the comment man!
I was in the same line of thinking, but took a gamble on a 600 Touring model as I needed a two seater to ride two up legally. In the barn next to my Polaris the build quality and detail imo isn't close, the CForce is way better, and believe me that doesn't make me happy, owned Polaris for a long time.
I noticed that there is some different models available in different country's. Pretty sure there is a 2 seater in the 400cc available. And the Australian models come with a unique roll over protection device attached to the rear of the machines. Interesting all the differences out there. Thanks for the comment Dermot!
Oh sweet! I'm happy for you Jason. Guessing you got a 400......And curious how you like it, once you get it out a few times. We have been happy with ours for sure.
She has an older 400 model at her mothers house (and a 600) both CF motos. She says that she didn't like the feel of the power steering. IDK.....I must say that the power steering is amazing. Major difference if your on the trail for a day. The 500 is definitely a great value, in my opinion. For the extra $1000, power steering, larger engine, larger tires on aluminum wheels and the winch.....I absolutely would have grabbed 2 500's. But not disappointed with the 400 though. Best of luck S!! ...and thanks for the comment.
To be honest, I didn't think they were that quick! Even 47 mph is is plenty. I'm waiting for my 24 black CForce 500 to arrive. Just in time for deer hunting.
Very cool! I bet the black will look bad a$$! Been nothing but happy with both these things. I should do another video soon on them. Enjoy your new ride!
Hi Walter, yes....I guess I didn't mention that. These are both 4x4. You have a toggle switch on the right hand and if its in 4 wheel drive, you can engage the differential lock that also comes standard. It shows which wheels are engaged on the instrument panel as well. Pretty good value for sure!
I know, it would seem that they are really in the same class. They could have the same engine and just the upgraded features on one........but, I bought both. Hahaha, so the marketers got me, lol. I'm still happy with them both a year into ownership though. Thanks for the comment and watching Ed!
