A bumpy pitch? That’s one out of Klopp’s book.
Pathetic excuse
😂😂
Such rubbish it was the same for both teams!
Bruh....Now Arsenal too are getting excuses from these Pundits. Madrid and Bayern weren't enough
@@philipmcdonald2 lost last 4 games at home too, clearly isn’t the pitch
Give Everton credit
They showed up being very physical got the basics right
Let's hope another few bottom 10 teams do the same. ☺️
They did, but arsenal didn't want it.
Relegation team have more things to worry about than being given credit.
They did give Everton credit.
@@FountainOfYoot hoping for another man's down fall. Ur the reason why Ur country isn't growing 😂.
I remember people making fun of Don. He can brag about it now.
A broken clock is right twice a day
The pitch was the same when everyone else was slapping up Everton. Silly excuses.
Yeah bro..... Apparently that's what they do for supposed big teams. They find excuses for Madrid, Bayern and now Arsenal too.
😂😂.. Funny world we live in bro, all because it's a big club
They mentioned the pitch once and it was after giving Everton all their props so why are you making it look like the pitch was their main point?
Nah apparently Dyche got the people to water it less for the game 🤣
New manager bounce nothing else. We played them at the wrong time really. It’s always hard playing against Everton away
Don knew how it would go!! Have to give him credit for getting it right!!
He always has crazy takes but i suppose eventually you strike gold lol.
I watched Newcastle game and Everton game today and as a Liverpool fan I kept asking myself why our players can’t play that passionate and intense anymore. Liverpool has the players, they just not interested to run or focus anymore
They’ve been used to teams fearing them that they can no longer command it
Probably burnout. Liverpool's squad need a few new faces in midfield and it will be vastly different
They have an aging midfield that used to drive the whole team but can’t now
Under Lampard we were totally lacklustre. I think Dyche is one of them you can't BS. I don't think he comes in to be a hardman, but he expects full effort. Klopp expects that, but where he's been there so long it seems he's got a sort of loyalty to certain "favorites" who he trusts. Just my thoughts, but in a system where there is the perception of favoritism, even mildly, one would think that could sap some of the energy from a squad. But definitely the burnout factor as well.
Feel like Liverpool will be making a big push next season, just based on patterns we've seen these past few years. Wouldn't surprise me if the squad was somewhat refreshed in the summer window, and they look amazing next season.
Effect of gang gang pressing. Klopp over used them. No more energy
Been saying this all season: there are no bad teams in the PL. On their day, any team can beat any other team
The pitch was bumpy! Did the dog eat Arteta’s game notes as well??
Everton who stared into the abyss has faced their own mortality and said no, not me, not my time.
I had a arsenal were going to lose
staring in to the abyss? so dramatic, its barely halfway through the season.
Everton played well vs City they always had a chance to upset here
@@vvohvaelez9277 That's the thing, I watch most Everton games and they haven't played bad the entire season, they just can't score goals
@@vvohvaelez9277 Haha yes it's dramatic.
4th-Genna, where are you hiding? Everyone remembers you saying Jorginho was a great signing and giving us a whole essay on why he's the perfect mid you need?
It's too bad you are taking 4th genna seriously 😂
You nuh come from planet earth?
He doesn't have a single brain cell so he is copying someone else's thoughts so he can paste it here.
@@BC-mj7gj True. The guy never comes and takes accountability
Yeah bro!! Where the heck is that guy!?? 4th-Genna or whatever his banter name is 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Thank You Everton,says Guardiola
City dropped points to Everton as well. They always a bogey team for best teams. Credit to Everton though.
Can see everton getting points from other top teams in league
Nor really 😂😂
He should have thanked Spurs. 😂
Arsenal will start feeling the pressure. Their only relief is that I'm not sure how good Man City are--you could add Utd in there, too, if you wish.
Add United to what exactly?
@@mikem8211 title race
same thing was said after scoring 0 goals at home vs Newcastle and after losing to MU. Now it's just another time for you guys to get these comments out. It seems as if we expected Arsenal to go unbeaten for thee entire season. What a standard to hold Arsenal to. Wow.
Bounce back time and there's no pressure I can guarantee you that.
@@bjeribs Their in a title race 8 points behind with Arsenal having a game in hand? Everyone hates us so much it's funny it was one defeat you'll see
@@mikem8211 Lol, so who's on the title race then? Just Arsenal?
What happened to Arsenal today is exactly what happened to united when they played against Villa when Unai Emery came
Everything was all rainbows when Potter came to Stamford bridge but then the aftermath..........😁
Yeah this new manager effect is crazy
Hope it not just new manager bounce, but got to say Dyche gives me more confidence already than Lampard ever managed.
If this game is anything to go by - Everton could conceivably turn it around in the same way Newcastle did a year ago with the new ownership and Eddie Howe.
They'll beat relegation for sure. More than that? Nope
@@corgansow6173 im not sure about that. which 3 team you think finish below them?
@@muhamadhelmi197 Southampton, Leeds, Bournemouth. Potentially West Ham or Leicester. There's only 3 points separating 14th-18th. Lots could happen there with 17 games left.
VARsenal did not show up today.Good job Everton for not giving them the chance too
Bumpy pitch 😂😂 utter drivel. And saying everton just set out to stop arsenal from playing... They had all the best chances and were the better team in every aspect of the game. These people actually get paid for their opinion
This was exactly that match where Arsenal needed Gabriel Jesus. That man can create those turn around moments for them.
COMING SOON!
Here we go again, nobody talked about missing Gabriel Jesus when Arsenal was winning all game with Nketiah. Go and watch the game again Everton would beat any team at that mood they were last night, they would have scored at least goals had they been clinical, so Jesus or no Jesus Arsenal would still be beaten.
@@DiReal_Donclassy Jesus brings that chaos element to the pitch with his aggressive runs and pressing. I feel we needed that when our attacking players were not able to create many changes. Just like when Trossard came in for Martinelli and he got off a few shots on target.
@@flashstep09 You can't have everybody, accept the defeat learn from it and move on
Title??? It's Don who called it not Sid 🙂
Saka was playing against two people by himself, Ben white wasn’t helping him at all.
Yeah but what happened to White lately?
@@layh6842 yeah his performance lately is dropped and he needs to get rest and bring back our Japanese warrior Takehiro Tomiyasu back!
@@thechosenone3745 yes we need Tomiyasu next game, he has to start
@@layh6842 yeah. We can say same thing about Gabby, Zinchenko didn’t help him play too.
@@thechosenone3745 because Zinchenko plays as a midfielder and can't overlap at the same time so Gabby ends up isolated on that left side. Jesus used to help him with that.
When people analyze football like this, in the case of Dyce and Howe for example, they tend to forget that those very same managers were themselves sacked after getting to the very state the managers they succeeded came to. Wasn't Burnley relegated? And Bournemouth too? So the bounce sometimes is really psychological and not so much about the previous manager having been terrible.
Arsenal are now 2 consecutive losses and have an in-form Brentford and gaining form-City team. Next 2 games will be huge for Arsenal moving forward especially IF City beat Tottenham. The pressure of the title race is gaining steam…
The sad part is that every Arsenal fan has to support spurs now.
Brentford is not beating arsenal at emirates brentford beat United 4-0 and lost to arsenal 3-0 home
@@a.k.aemperor2365 I bet you thought the same yesterday about Everton before they beat Arsenal today. I bet City (the team that just beat Arsenal) thought there was no way Brentford would come to the Ethihad and beat them, but they did.
Funny how things can change so quickly I’m football.
@@localguy123 True. But after dropping points today, City should come out hard against Tottenham and put them to the sword. They certainly have the ability to do so, question is, which version of City will show up? Depending on how City play tomorrow, I think we can glean a lot from their performance. If they come out hard and want to fight and win, Arsenal should be leery of it. If City look out of sorts like have until recently, and even then they haven’t been up to their norms, then Arsenal shouldn’t worry much. All depends which City shows up tomorrow IMHO
@@MCFCTheMadHatter I mean, he’s got every reason to think Brentford won’t win at the Emirates. It’s been a fortress so far and Arsenal are unbeaten there. Their only 2 losses have been on the road.
Dyche is a good manager. Of course his style isnt suited for the likes of Man city and Liverpool but he has his place in the league.
Was just his day bro nothing much Everton did
@@legendovbago4716 zero ball knowledge
He’ll be fine in the championship next season with Everton
Everton game plan was spot on
Tbf tht was a different Everton....Don was right but under the wrong context...which was when Lampard was in charge....
Honestly wasn’t shocked by this result. Had a sneaky feeling Dyche would get it done in his 1st game
I’m just happy Don got this one right. They always like to make him look stupid 😂
That's because he is remarkably stupid -- and arrogant with it. A thoroughly unlikeable person.
Everton said "in your face" to every non Evertonian today. Goodison is Arsenals croptonite, 1 point in 6 matches sais it all
Yep Arsenal have hated going to Everton since Wenger left. They'll smash them at home though
@@martinelli7662 If they aspire to win the league they have to show up at home. Rather Arsenal than ManC, but Everton first.
@Håkon Isak Sarak Everton will comfortably stay up though. Dyche was a no brainer appointment
They called him a madman
I am a avid Chelsea fan...In my opinion Arsenal Had this title to win untill they step in and bought Jorginhio
The guy running ESPN YT clearly dont even know the names of the pundits lol embarrasing
Don't welch Craig, it's your 50 bucks to pay now
If man city wins vs tottenham.
Arsenal will feel the pressure. And that’s something i dont think they will handle.
Especially judging by how arteta has a mental breakdown each time things are going their way.
They could literally crumble, if they dont stay composed.
Exactly. They’ve never experienced the pressure that City will bring especially if they beat Tot tomorrow. City are only improving little by little (so far they’ve won 3 games consecutively) as they’ve been pretty bad relative to their standards. If they can keep improving, the pressure will increase on Arsenal and it will be fascinating to see if they crumble or can be steadfast & resolute and make it past the finish line before City.
@@MCFCTheMadHatter another thing to keep in mind, is man city tends to go on big winning runs around this point of the season (usually).
So all in all, it’s gonna be a crazy finish
@@alexalexalex797 💯! And I hope they find their top form ASAP
@@MCFCTheMadHatter Man city need to get the message that its in their hands now. Arsenal is +5, but they play city 2 times. Thats 6 points.
Can they pull off another major winning run? Very possible. Since they already had their “slump” in the season. Arsenal hasn’t yet, could be the start of that slump.
Cant wait.
(Still a ton of games left though)
@@alexalexalex797 Agree. I think City and Arsenal will be mean-reverting: City have been playing well below their long term ability level while Arsenal have been playing well above theirs and that can only last for a period of time before reverting back to the mean. City will improve up to their mean (doesn’t mean they play to a ridiculous level, just better than they have been) as Arsenal should fall back a bit
City need to capitalize on this and continue to apply and increase the pressure on Arsenal just like we’ve done to Liverpool (and Tbf, them to us). Like you said, it’s in their hands…
CTID!💙💙💙
Pretty sure Don Hutchinson also called Arsenal to lose most games in the last 5 months 🤡🤡
If he calls Arsenals to lose every game, I suppose he will get 1 or 2 right lol. Luckily for him, he wasn't a pundit during Arsenal's Invincibles season lmao.
We lose a game, Everyone is happy now. Sad idiots. We lost, So what? We will bounce back. COYG
“The pitch was bumpy” 😂😂that’s why your on espn
The new manager effect.
The pitch was bumpy🤡
The pitch 😂😂 yeah because that’s stopped teams winning at Goodison all season hasnt it? Must be the kind of pitch that only affects Arsenal. Absolute muppet.
I am an Everton fan, Craig burley got a clue what he is saying. First time since the seventies I have heard anyone say goodison is bumpy. Get a grip Craig
It seems like that man city game knocked their confidence
Odegaard didn't play according to expectation. And partey was substituted early
😂 4th Genna has finally gone back into hiding after months of Arsenal inflating his ego
Lol
Odegaard was terrible and should have scored from Eddie putting it on a plate for him. That could have changed the game
Don has been saying arsenal will lose since before the world Cup. A bad clock is correct twice a day.
It's amazing how a new manager can make a difference in such a short space of time. Those players are a disgrace! They should have been playing like that every week.
Man united and city with a couple more wins are right there
And city and arsenal gotta meet twice
Not even in your dreams, man utd are trash
Arsenal have Newcastle to play again.
They've been calling our lost since the first game.
Don said this two or three weeks ago, and he was laughed at, now here we go, he knew what he was actually saying, I personally didn’t find sense in what he was saying.
Love it when Don gets a win 😂😂🤣🤣😅😅
If we can beat Tottenham then it will make it interesting when we play them at the emirates.
Quality player don was probably wasn't exceptional at anything but was good at everything. As an ex lfc player I was fuming when we signed him but he was bleeding blue every 90 minutes 💙
Momentum KILLER! Being on top of the table does not guarantee you any wins against any team! Arsenal's season could be dismantled in the coming weeks! They had better turn up!

That's what's been missing in the Everton side for at least 2 years . Lampard has no Manager quality. At last The Toffees have a Messiah. Everton are safe now!
Young Arsenal side couldn’t deal with Goodison like that and the physicality they experienced. They are still learning they may miss the league this year because they have no experience in a title race and city do. City will hit a massive win run if they win at the Emirates.
they didnt let odegard have any ball. And doubled up on Saka. Give the Everton players and Sean dyche a credit.
Come on you blues 💙 well-done everton
Forget tiki taka - get stuck in...brexit ball is best
The Twelfth man won it for Everton today. They were extremely loud cheering for everything, every tackle every throw every corner.
Lol... Craig says Everton were doing beeb tests all week🤣 Dykes is back
Arsenal will bottle it by late April remember this 👍
dont delete this
Its a an Arsenal thing buddy....
I completely agree
1989 , they are not spurs
Bottle a title race when we weren't tipped for top 6? Interesting
"The pitch was Bumpy"? Come on Everton.
Don has been pretty good lately
These clowns saying the pitch played a big part in arsenal losing.. excuse after excuse. Every single pitch in the league is like a carpet it’s not like when you boys played football.. just give Everton the credit they deserved the out run out muscled and had the better chances against arsenal it’s that simple
Early Kickoffs (Away) are always tricky ... add to that the New manager effect ... at least it is not damaging scoreline... becoz everton had excellent chances in 1st half ... Consider this a bad day in the office ... just forgot as if it didn't happen... Move on to the next game...
The atmosphere in the studio is quite something after Arsenal's SECOND loss.
They all look happy
Hold the L
These clowns will always find excuses to defend Arsenal. The fact is, Arsenal looked tired and i think they should even prepare for tougher situations
It was a mixture of a lot of thing's for arsenal. A lacklustre performance away to a side who played really well (going forward and defensively) I'm not sure about the new manager bounce because it looked like lampard just couldn't motivate everton. Saka was marked out of the game for most parts. Yea martinelli didn't just look tired he looked fooooooked
A coach wining his first game for Everton that has not seen the green light for so long, instead of giving credit to the manager your are blaming Arsenal bad performance, meanwhile you all defend Potter bad games and results 🙄 all in the name of needing more time with the players, yen yen yen 🙄🙄
That was a ridiculously easy prediction to make. If you were surprised by that result, you're dimmer than Hutchinson (who picked Liverpool to win the title this year) usually is. Arsenal is generally weak at Goodison, and the new-manager bump is always a danger.
We've known Dyche's style from Burnley more often then not Park the Bus! Do whatever possible to survive, can't blame them but sooo frustrating and not nice to watch.
What I don’t understand is when some team loses it’s always ‘don’t didn’t play well’ it’s like they are not expected to lose. Really stupid
Odegaard was pretty poor this game, but regardless City dropped all 3 points as well, so Arsenal let of the hook here, but must bounce back strong and keep up with the same pace and intensity as the first half of the season.
Having a half decent manager helps , rather then lampard looking confused on the sideline.
When stevie discovers google we are in for some fact drops
When did Craig become an arsenal fan complaining about the pitch Everton play well all over the pitch
Wait till Man City win tomorrow, that when the pressure kicks in on Arsenal
If Man City were 5 points clear of us (on level game's) no one would even say we're in the race
Seems they won 😂😂. Hater
Sid Lowe???? Lmaooo or don?
Remember when Arteta came to arsenal as a new manager he won the fa cup beating Manchester city and Chelsea the new manager impact that's what happened to Everton
Arteta is levels above Dyche mate
Give Don his credit
Why can’t they just say Everton played better.
Dis game has made lots of money for betting platforms.
Most stadiums have pitches like a snooker table, Evertons pitch will be like a freshly plowed field with Dyche as manager
Arsenal were bad today. Just a off day. This game showed, if a physical team comes up against us, we will fall.
Like newcastle
One thing this game proves is that Lampard is a fraud. Any club who may hire him is absolutely insane.
Waaaaa, the pitch was bumpy
Sean Dyche Masterclass for Farteta.
U KNOW WHAT I FIND FUNNY! WHEN ARSENAL WIN, U GUYS HAVE 3-4 min segments. The moment we lose ESPNFC has 11-12 min segments!! THE HATE IS REAL!
No one man was marking saka there were also 4 guys over his side I heard about double team but quadruple team !! That was ridiculous
Never make a bet in which you stand to win nothing.
the pitch was same for both.....next time they will blame the weather....just anything except giving Everton some credit.🙄
Thank you Everton, thank you 😄😆
The same players have thrown previous managers under a bus, why!
You’re allowed to compliment the winning team you bunch of muppets
Everton were physical, intense and discipline and counte with purpose. Sean dyche's tactic was spot on and worked from the fans' energy. Everton well done. Bad result for us. We will strike back. But Everton is a big club who should be fighting for Europe, bit relegation battle.
The true invincibles Pires Bergkamp and Henry! Pure magic.🎉🎉🎉
Don you must be right even once
It’s a simple fact Lampard is not a good manager and he also sucks at man management. He had issues with individual players at like Alonso and Rudiger and here at Everton same thing with Doucouré.
Arsenal were very poor today they didn't deserve nothing 😢
