Actually, these compose the basic syllabus of this school. These drills, plus the Sanchin Kata are the essence of Uechi-Ryu. You'll notice that the main form, Seisan, is almost completely comprised of all of these moves. (I call it the "main" form as there seems to be a belief among some Uechi people that Kanbun only brought back Sanchin and Seisan, that Sanseiru is from another Fujian school)
@@varanid9 According to the Late Tomoyose Sensei, Kanbun taught San Sei Ryū. He never taught it to his father, according to him, because his father was not really interested in kata!
