    Thank you Deepak for your informative and useful video. What if a past case in which informations are given by tespondants for a compromise decree to their known advocate and hired facts when plaintiff was out of station for her professional education and there was compromise decree and then decree was passed , signatures taken under undue influence and coercion telling it is for safety and security of all properties with cause of action was injunction which was not but put forth as Mathematics by the advocate because tespondants felt it that plaintiff may not allow them as that property was gifted to plaintiff by regd. Gift deed by her brother which the tespondants had not disclosed and so not written in it inspite respondant no. 1 was witness in gift deed and tesp. no. 2 being donar was absent while passing decree but some other old POA was with resp. no. 1 and rresp. no. 3,4,5 being joinders of unnecessary party decree was passed without sending summons to all except to no. 1 who remained absent but plaintiff had only once had been as she was called by head of family i.e. widow mother who was deceived by respo. no. 4 and husband of resp. no. 4 telling her that the adv is of their knowledge and will take up case for the sake of safety and security of all properties and the widow mother forced all others to sign with no knowledge and intention of partition sake to go in court for partition. The head of family herself was made "Deesha bhool" mislead with no intention. Aand no knowledge of partition and injunction case, then after mother had conflict with resp. nos. 3,4,5, after resp.s. had taken her gold, money and signatures misleading reason during fractured leg of mother telling her if danger to life during next day surgery, banks may not reveal money, gold kept in bank and therefore she should sign. They went in court after 20 years of decree saying yes to partition which was contravercy to their case filed against partition (as they had taken sign without telling her it was Will deed), the Will deed was drafted as per day told to the advocate who was fast friend of her husband and she an active future beneficiary. Now plaintiff is in problem as gifted property was made litigation property for injunction and given as only one constructed when tenant after 2-3 years filed injunction case on same property against same opp nos
    1,2and 5who were resp. of previous injunction case of same property and the adv of previous injunction case took up vakilnama of tesps. of previous injunction case in tenant/ s injunction case of the same property when no execution of decree done.

Plaintiff was myself under undue influence, coercion, compulsion made to sign when in hurry, pressure signed as there was no time to know all facts , no time to remember property nos as missing lectures of professional studies of 4th year of degreeI was called to court directly and told it is all for safety and security of all properties and I was not habituated with Marathi terminologies, knew nothing what is the meaning of word injunction and as in hurry signatures taken that too under pressure of Hitler natured widow mother being head of family .....mistake happened even for trust but unknown to her as she was mislead by the mastermind...husband of resp. no. 4 who had Men's rea as he was staying in mud tiles hut on rent and had no house of his own when he had proposed my younger sister i.e. resp. no. 4.who wanted our property in name of his wife - resp. no . 4- Sunita//Kunita.

      Contd. The cracked walled and some portion of roof fallen above head in such rooms some kitchen vessels from residing bunglow and some medical/Dental equipments were transported by breaking open lock and door of behind portion of tenant shop bearing attached extention of two small rooms with mud tiles under tress pass and house breaking and with W.S. in court in later recent case given by resp. no. 4 lying that plaintiff stays there making pretend court that if at all court commission is appointed. The recent plaintiff after mother's death in recent case was me and my adv was not ready to appoint court commission before above said house breaking tresspass was done and the adv lied that he has drafted to appoint court commission but later said, judge has told him not to appoint court commission in any of the buildings. My adv was jhootta., Milla hua with opp adv......
