Honestly this is one of my favorite songs, because of how it touches so many people. I thought only mostly 20s year olds relate to this, but I showed this to my older sister who is almost 40 that she sometimes still feels the same way. I have a cousin in high school and she feels the same. This world is so fast for us, it's a wonder how everyone we think is running so far ahead of us, are probably thinking of the same thing everyday.
This is my first time hearing this song. (10-19-23) It is so soft and melodic. I love it when Suga says "DREAM". They sound so good together. A song that makes one just want to sit and think about things.🥰🥰🥰

Almost a year ago I finally felt brave enough to listen to this song while reading the english translation and as I expected, I cried my eyes out. Yoongi explained so perfectly the feelings I had been carrying for so many years. It's been a year now since that day and though not much has changed, I can listen to this and smile through the tears because while I still feel this way, there have been some small changes and I think life has gotten better, if only a little. I have a dream now, though it's not really within reach but at least it's something I could possibly work towards. And I've started therapy. And even if I stumble, I know I'll be okay because BTS are my safety net and I will always have their music and advice to fall back on. Adults seem to want young people to speed-run their life, there is this pressure to find your path ASAP, find a dream and then pursue it like its going to disappear any moment. If you don't know where you want to go, or where you are going, that is okay, you are whole as you are now. When I left school, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my life so I got a job I thought I would like. It wasn't what I wanted to do for my entire life, but I enjoyed it and it fit with my personal values. I then made a rule for myself because I knew I wanted to do something vaguely in healthcare but wasn't sure exactly what. My rule was that I wasn't allowed to apply for university until I had wanted to do the same thing for more than a year. It took five years for me to find my path, and I'm glad I let it take the time I needed to find it. Now I study while working and I'm so glad I did it this way rather than running without any clue. Your path is your path. Sometimes you might run on that path, certain of the future you are running to, but its a good idea to stop and just plant some flowers to look at if you don't know where to go.
