What are your custom game settings on this? Each time you get eaten you should take a lot more damage with the swallow doing over 100 and then falling doing over 50. How are you negating this damage?
Thanks for the guide! This boss gave me a huge amount of trouble, especially compared to the other two in his tier. Quick note on exiting the arena out the side - this is not guaranteed to de-aggro the boss. If he's close enough, he'll chase you. I actually thought that was a consistent behaviour after he did it the first two times, and was very annoyed on the next attempt when I ducked out to heal and he reset!

It's warriors blood IVth tier, you can hear the "metal shock" noise typical from the damage reduction effect + the blood moon boosting it
