Medyo mahal2 ra para naku ang ilang price. The only advantages is mahimo nila in 24 hrs. But I’m not convinced. Murag Dali ra luparon Sa Bagyo.
For me, I’d rather save nalang my 185k to build a regular house.
185 is 185 daku na kaau nga amount.
Pero Salamat Sa imong mga information ug good tour Ma’am. It helps to those who planning to put up houses and to also analyzed.
What they're not saying is that 185k is only the barebones version - no concrete foundation, no electrical and plumbing, no insulation, no interior finish. If you want the actual livable house with everything taken care of you're expected to pay 495k.

You should offer more style similar to what they do with shipping container. The same materials they i corporate when building cruise ships. Materials use for interior the bathroom fixture the kitchen walls are almost look like marble,granite, quarts finish. And expandble to multi story or can be attached to your concrete house extension or even shipping container.

poor people have poor ways, It is a huge upgrade from what many in the P.I. have right now.
Kids can have bunk beds.
Well you can purchase 2. 1 for couple and 1 for kids. And implement Family planning to your kids early so they don’t make a lot of children especially if they don’t have the means to support them comfortably with education and business mindset.

Not bad at all, especially beautiful roofing. Informative web site. 30 and 50 sqm must be a nice choice for places where it is
available. But, a 24sqm house jumps from 185K php up to 495K php for a fully-finished model.
Looking at the basic model you show first, its not easy to see the connection with what they propose on the web site (like the
slab that is not supposed to be furnished. Can't get exactly what they mean about walls as well.) A bit tricky, just have to know

I seen pricing on these earlier for as low as 125k. They website gas very little info.. But i do see a 50 sqm version.. Which would be way better for most people..

That should be the perfect design since they're trying to save space for more housing..
I think the loft, being so close to the roof, would be too hot.
I looked at their website. They have loft type designs. About P800k
