In the upcoming notification for PhD, it is meant that further, the candidate should have completed two years of full-time employment in the current organization after completion of degree. Is it true? After completing PhD, I can't do my post doc 😢 as I have to complete two years employment. Please clear my doubts.

Bro can someone stay outside until they get a single bed room in IISc? I mean is there an option or is it compulsory to opt for sharing room until a single-bed room is alloted? Btw nice video and many many congratulations👍
It's not compulsory to stay inside the campus; you can stay outside and avail HRA, although it will be tough to manage everything if you live off-campus.
As of now, the new M.Tech admits are living in guest houses on a sharing basis, but we expect that everyone will be shifted to the new Boy's Hostel 2 (or the new Boy's Hostel) soon. If you are planning to join next year, I believe you won't have to face this issue.
It’s around 650-800, but it’s always good to have a higher score although if you get short listed for interviews, your performance there will definitely increase your chances of selection.
Congratulations! I also got into top IITs like Madras, Kanpur, and Mumbai, but I chose to join IISc because it's always been a dream of mine. Plus, all my friends are here, so the city doesn't feel lonely.

PhD students receive ₹35,000 per month from the Ministry of Education during their first year, and ₹45,000 per month from the second year onwards.
