What a lovely idea! I too have amassed a large quantity of jars. I have a lot of spider plants and am always nursing a few babies in jars. What a great idea to jazz them up! I have a huge stash of bits and bobs! I can’t wait to try this! Thanks for a wonderfully inspiring video! Happy birthday Freddy!🎉
Mary thank you so much, it’s always lovely to have projects for our little scraps isn’t it. I have been taking a lot of succulent cuttings at the moment. Take good care. 🩵🐾
@@janetnash Me, too! The library where I work did a plant swap and I gave away quite a few plant babies. So fun!
Oh how lovely what an amazing idea from the library, such a community spirit 🩵
Such a fabulous idea Janet!! I loved the jam jar wraps.❤ I haven’t made homemade bread in ages. Could I have your recipe? Don’t you just love having “go to” items all together and ready to use?!!!!! I do the same thing. Please tell Freddie hello and that I adore him💖. Have a lovely weekend Janet.
Hugs,
Karon

Pauline good morning, oh thank you so much, glad you have been sewing, tied up seemed nice and simple and I’m all for that 😊 Freddie sends his love 🐾
Happy sewing 🧵
Janet what is the brand of that wonderful box of threads you have in so many of your videos please?
Good morning/evening dear Deborah. It was a gift from Pamela B and her little dog Coco. The box ones contained soap and has a gorgeous scent, the threads are silk and so soft to the touch. Do hope you have a gentle time sewing this evening 🧵🫖🩵
Janet, do you know what faux mexican serape leather is? I have a pack of them from a thrift store they're beautifully colored/patterned, but I cannot think of what to make with it.
Lisa I hadn’t heard of it, looked it up, it’s so lovely a colourful. Do you feel like making a journal cover with it ?
@janetnash ty for your reply 🙂..I don't know what to do with it. I would love to mail some to you.. to see what you could do with it.🙂
It's an odd feeling material I guess like "pleather"..so not forgiving of a needle like leather is. It says on the package for dyi earings..but I don't want to make earnings lol, it's just very beautiful to my eye.🤭
Could you make holes ?? to help you sew it together ?
@@janetnash thank you for your reply..hmm, a hole punch..🤔hmm
Or maybe an awl ?
