@@soniadowney7427 For me it's just a Great product to keep my knees from locking up. I have a huge house with lot's of stairs. I noticed when I use my Cubii regularly...I get around much easier with little pain & stiffness. It's helped me tremendously. I also do Physical therapy exercises at home. I'm retired and I'm not running around as much now. I don't feel the Cubii alone has helped with weight loss. I had to change my diet and I've lost 30 lbs. Lost weight i had bad knees. Could hardly walk. Now i can walk and my knees are better. I did 30'000 every day when i started now do more.
