Rear view and dash cam is the very first mod I recommend to any vehicle you drive. There are a lot of impatient idiots out on the road out there and don't care if you're on a bike or a 16 ton hauler. They will cut you off.
Regarding the shower, a lot of people talk about getting the right balance with the hot and cold water. I have a simple solution. I set my water heater to 104 degrees and then I only use the hot water for the shower. The temperature seems a lot more consistent.

There are times I wish I had a little solar but I need my storage space on roof alot more. I can always run the engine and charge up.
When in need of a bit more juice, he charges the house battery with the IOPEDAL with high idle.

TV’s are a personal preference. I think Brian has opted to keep it TV free. He does have bug nets but he didn’t show them.

A lot of interesting and useful additions, but for my taste overkill. At some point it becomes too much, and he crossed that point.
Some of us just love to indulge in the creature comforts.
