Pretty nice thing they did to defend LDR. Yes, her performance that time wasn't good, but she's always been shy in front of an audience... and otherwise, she's a wonderful singer/composer.

For those who saw this skit as an attack on Lana, the writers were utilising satire. For example, for each insult the public had on Lana's performance Kristen Wiig (the impersonator) would shoot it down. It was a funny and satirical way for the show to stick up for her.

I remember watching her singing on SNL and I didn't know who she was. And yeah,she didn't do great. But it made me look into her more,and she has an amazing voice and aesthetic.
