What I also have added to my morning routine has been hydrating immediately, taking a cold shower (very effective and healthy), and mindfulness meditation (I'll do an exercise from the amz workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels which I like).
Phase 3 17 to 24hrs after waking thinking about sleep, I’m fast asleep in phase 3 matey.
