I took my father who is a farmer to buy Tata nexon the sales team didn't behaved well so he left and called his maurti these guys came to home and took our 2019 baleno with 43 thousand miles on it for 6 lakhs which my father bought it for 7 lakhs 4 0 thousand .. And exchanged with new breeza 2022 vxi. This is how you treat customers.. Tata cars are good but they need to improve sales,resale and after service. Tatas are long way in this segment. It doesnt matter if you build a world best car if the service and response is not good. Don't think its an issue with my father its the same with many who wants to buy Tatas. My father will never go to tata in his life time because of their behaviour. He changed around 20 cars in his life time.. His friends too did the same ..tatas can never fix the customer who is hurt

Other companies were also doing the same thing they do have manufacturing plants in India itself and they are exporting to nearest countries as well which is generating revenue . Infact TATA never did R&D on their latest Models they are bought from other european companies . TATA is an Indian Origin company with not completely made in India .Its the same as other Companies in the market. Other companies do provide jobs in india not like they are getting employees from other country . This agenda will only lead to economic collapse .
