    In my case, I bought sony earphone in madurai with 1 year warrenty with price around Rs. 800. After 10 months, one side of earphone mic is gone. I went for warrenty to sony service centre in arasaradi, madurai. They asked me earphone box and bill, I provided them, within two days, they gave me new earphone. Happy with their service. There are some good service centres too! Happy to share that incident. 😊

    The same issue happened to me for boat headphones. I struggled for 1 month with boat customer care. After they give up on my complaint, I'll post this issue on twitter publically with all the proof by tagging the boat twitter page. Then, they came to my DM and I explained the issue. They took the complaint, created the case by themselves and the correct replacement was sent to me within 1 week.

      The boat is good company in my opinion. I bought headphones a few years ago. still strong and without losing the bass.

      Boat was good i had best experience with them easy warranty claim but u need the warranty card and proof where u purchase i had Bluetooth neckband that Mike not working properly so i claim warranty in two or three days the pick door step and i got new one

      Boat was pretty good with warranty claims. I raised a claim for the wireless earbuds and they accepted the claim and sent a new earbuds even before taking the old one in.

    Samsung M31s மொபைல் வாங்கிட்டு நான் பட்ட பாடு இருக்கே. சர்வீஸ் சென்டர் போனா போன்ல எந்த எந்த பிரச்சனையும் இல்லை என்கிறார்கள். ஆனால் போனை தொடர்ந்து பயன்படுத்தும் போது அப்படியே எதுவும் செயல்படாமல் அடிக்கடி நின்று கொண்டே இருந்தது. நானும் கஸ்டமர் கேர் சர்வீஸ் சென்டர் எல்லா இடத்திலும் சென்று நேரத்தையும் பணத்தையும் வீணடித்தது தான் மிச்சம். மன உளைச்சலில் உடைத்து எரிந்து விட்டு வேற பிராண்ட் மொபைல் போன் வாங்கி விட்டேன். வாழ்நாள் முழுவதும் சாம்சங் பிராண்ட் ஒருபோதும் வாங்க மாட்டேன்.

    I had a issue with HP too. Since I bought my first laptop from HP, I never knew how hard a hinge would be. Mine was way too harder (but I didn't know it, since I haven't used any other laptop). After the warranty period, due to the hinge the frame got eventually broken near the hinge. But I thought it would make no sense to ask for free replacement (even though it was their mistake). So I called HP and asked for the price of replacement parts and sent the images and etc. The assured my to send quotation in 24hrs. After 3 days since I haven't recieved it I called them back and told about it and again they said again it'll come in 24hrs but it never came. This process looped for a month and I eventually gave up and I had to overpay for the replacement parts in local. Fun Fact: I called the support so that I could pay for my parts but still they didn't send the quotation even after the issue got escalated to their manager.

    In my experience, I get the great support from Microsoft.
    I bought a Surface Pro 4 (8GB RAM) from Microsoft website in 2015, after 2 years which was warranty expired, I had faced screen flickering issues. They replaced my Surface Pro 4 (2018). Recently I had a problem that the battery was bulged, again I contacted them for replacement of battery and willing to pay. But they again replaced to Surface Pro 7 moreover it is 16GB RAM, completely free. I didn’t spend a penny. Everything by phone and mail only.

    There is also another way of raising consumer complaints online without going to court. I filed a case for Jio mobile recharge issue and my refund was processed by jio only after this step. This happened at the initial stage of Jio release. Your video is very informative.

    I went through all the same pain for my laptop service within warranty period. After multiple attempts, service was done(a bad diagnosis). Problem not solved. Again same procedure from my side from scratch. Service engineer arrives and this time problem identified and again too much delay for spare replacement. Atlast my laptop was serviced after almost 6 months. The solution was a simple chip replacement in the motherboard. The sixth month was my warranty's last month i guess(if i remember it right). Very worst customer support and service, no bridge of communication between their own vendors and verticals. U can rely on hp products but definitely not their support. Kudos, keep up your good work.

    Same incident happened for me too. We ordered famous brand Fridge 6 months ago , one month ago cooling issues arises & complaint to customer care . Service team came & informed us main PCB observed to be a issues, need to replace PCB then only Fridge will run properly. And they asked money Around ₹4500 for that even within 6 month itself. They told pcb is not covering the warranty. After we spoke with service manager,he also told like that. We trust the branded products but service people never mind the warrenty thing's.they simply ask money. But i spoke with service through Higher official of this company & finally service team accept to replacement with free of cost. Still we are waiting for their arrival.

    I too faced the same issue from another bran..... they said, At the time of purchase We have to register our product serial number in the official website of the brand. Some brands are having this facility. Without registering the product, the brand will not accept the claim even though u have bills. But unfortunately this awareness was not given by the brands... It's been mentioned in somewhere at the warranty card or user manual in a small letters...

    samething happened on Dell Monitor long back around 2013/2014 but in my case they misleaded me sending refurbished product instead of new one. Then i took all the steps later i got new one from USA itself. The thing is that one should know what is warranty and how to claim also about its terms.

    my whirlpool refrigerator arrived six months ago. This model is frost-free. However, the freezer's frost continued to accumulate and caused a fuss. Here, the dealer James & Co. was of no use. However, I kept in touch with Whirlpool service frequently, and after six months, I had the refrigerator replaced. The one that was replaced is decent and frost-free. Although the process is difficult, you must persevere if you want to claim the warranty and get replacement or refund.

    We can move to CONSUMER COURT Even if it's low cost product. But we should have every positive points.
    Later if we win the case - then the court will say to that company to return the "product's money" , our "travelling charges" and also " extra money " for our mind stress

    Bro, I had faced same kind of issue but from local store. The item I purchased was refrigerator from liebherr through reliance local store but the delivery product was not working (cooling issue) so we informed same day of installation to the store they replaced the product.
    After 1 year the defrost system was not working, so we informed the issue to the local store again they arranged for service from liebherr. Service person came and checked and said that the freezer unit itself freezed so we need to defrost that and poured some hot water on them and cleared the ice in the unit. The issue was sloved in gap of one month, again some issue occurred same producer followed from liebherr.
    This happened arround 5 times continuously, my mom got angry and wanted to replace the fridge. So we tried through local store and asking them to replace the product which is covered with extended warranty given by reliance store.
    So we tried with liebherr but ended up with same answer. We got so frustrated because didn't do anything wrong in maintaining the product ( used stabilizer & turned off during thunderstorm even we stored adviced item by installation guy). The only thing we did wrong is we believed liebherr company and the local store for support. we got cheated 35k by company which sold defective product to the customer.

    Even I have faced a similar issue with Anker Headphones( Officially they don't have a service center in India), I involved Flipkart and asked them to get this issue sorted they have collected and refunded the whole amount.

    புதிய 2 கணினிக்கு MSI பிராண்ட் மதர்போர்டு 2 எண்ணிக்கை வாங்கி இரண்டு வருடத்தில் ஒன்றில் சுமார் 4 முறையும் இன்னொரு போர்டில் 5 முறையும் பிரச்சனை வந்தது. ஒவ்வொருமுறையும் சரி செய்து விட்டு கொடுப்பார்கள் திரும்ப ஒரே மாதத்தில் வேறு பிரச்சனை வந்து கொண்டு இருந்தது. replacement கொடுக்க சொல்லி மெயில் உட்பட பல ஆதாரங்களை வைத்து இருந்தேன் கடைசியில் இரண்டையும் சர்வீஸ் செய்ய முடியவில்லை replacement ஸ்டாக் இல்லை வேறு புது மாடல் வாங்கி கொள்ளுங்கள் என்று அந்த மதிப்புக்கு கிரெடிட் நோட் போன்று கொடுத்து விட்டார்கள் ஆனால் அந்த பிராசசர் க்கு ஏற்ற மதர்போர்ட் அவர்கள் distributer நெட்வொர்க்கில் இல்லை உடனே வாங்கிய கடைக்கு சென்று ஆரம்பம் முதல் கடைசி வரை சர்வீஸ் கொடுத்த ரெகார்ட் பில் ஈமெயில் ப்ரூஃப் என்று சுமார் 20 டாகுமெண்ட்ஸ் கொடுத்து ஏதாவது செய்யுங்கள் என்று சொன்னேன் அவரும் தாய்வான் ஹெட் வரை போராடி அந்த இரண்டு மதர்போர்ட்க்கான பணத்தை ரீஃபண்ட் செய்து கொடுத்து விட்டார் ஆனாலும் அந்த போர்டு க்கான அருமையான 2 பிராசசர் (₹10,000 மதிப்புடையது) சும்மா தான் இருக்கிறது வேறு புதிய மதர்போர்ட் மற்றும் அதற்கான பிராசசர் வாங்கி கொண்டேன்.
    *கற்று கொண்ட பாடம்:* எதிலும் புதிய மாடல் வந்தால் உடனே வாங்காதீர்கள் குறைந்தது ஒரு வருடம் விற்பனையில் உள்ள தயாரிப்புகளையே வாங்கவும்.

I made a money transfer of 18000 but andha money got stuck in the wallet and withdraw option they disabled and they closed money transfer division so i wasn't able to withdraw... Indha issue nala i can't transfer money and 2 months meala i was waiting so they have 18000 as cash and also 18000 wallet cash so 18000 was profit for me...

      எனக்கு தெரிந்து பல ப்ராண்ட்களின் வாடிக்கையாளர் சேவை திருப்திகரமாக இல்லை.
      இது பொருட்களுக்கு மட்டுமல்ல, சில நிறுவனங்கள் கொடுக்கும் சேவைகளுக்கு பொருந்தும், உதாரணம் ஏர்டெல், அவர்களின் வாடிக்கையாளர் சேவை தொலைபேசி எண்ணை தொடர்பு கொண்டால், அந்த நிறுவனத்தின் சேவை உதவியாளரை தொடர்பு கொள்வது என்பது மிகவும் சவாலான விஷயம்.

    Ive took lg tv for video problem to their service centre in Dharmapuri, those guys simply removed working audio part from the tv and packed n gave tv back, and told service price will comes around new tv price, so better buy new tv itself, and charged for service check up, then i attached tv to watch MP3 songs n found audio was missing..then escalating for 15days and got that audio part n sold that tv for 3.5k as exchange..

    Previously I purchased hp pavillion hp provided support to my village without any hesitation. They support upto 5 years effectively. I do not know the situation now

    I too faced similar issue from Nokia. It took more than 45days to replace phone
