Whats up guys, glad to be back with another video and this time were Bass fishing down by the border at the Colorado River fishing near Martinez Lake in Arizona. I was throwing a lipless crank bait in sexy shad color… water was stained so a little sexy shad color does well… I would be throwing some red lipless cranks this time of year down there tho!

I canoed 30 miles down that river into Havasu when I was 15 good times! Also Great video another banger as always!

what affects the water level at the colorado river? I'm going to Blythe in September to visit family and I'm bringing the boat to hit the river

It just depends on how much water they are pulling for agriculture, usually the flows are low in the winter and high in the summer months

i havent fished there in the summer time before... but if i was going to go during that time, i would definitely find some current...would probably fish the main river and mouths of backwaters and channels where there is slack next to moving water with good depth, cover and shade.
