Thank you for your comment😄 I’m ok sometimes and I’m not ok sometimes. It’s hard to say anything regarding my sleep disorder cuz I still take a sleeping pill. And it’s unpredictable if I would have ok sleep or not each night. I might be able to say something if I can finish tapering off the sleeping pill. I’m sure that it’s been hard for you to deal with it. Plz take care 🙏
