It's such a great feeling when what you do fixes the issue you are having. It's like watching the Superbowl and it comes down to a field goal to win the game. You don't want to watch but you have to.
On the HE5t Steam there is an updated part # for this. The old one is W10415587 , and the new one is WPW10415587. I had the SUD and F35 errors , and after replacing the old water level switch with a new WPW10415587 off of eBay for about $90. , my washer is working like a champ ! No error codes and working like new !
Thank you for the video! I watched multiple videos and yours was the one that helped the most. My daughter and I cheered when our C01 came up and moved to C02. This saved us a lot of $ and the hassle of scheduling to get it fixed. :)
Watched this because I'd forgotten how to get that switch off the frame, had a serious snicker at the "I was about to get SAD" bit. Lord knows I understand that! I have this exact washer, I love it except when I'm locked in battle trying to keep it functional after 13 years. Just can't find another with this same set of features. Appreciate the video!
Also check the CCU. After going through all that he describes, I found the circuit board to have a bad 2200uF 10V capacitor. I replaced it for $2.99 (2200uF 35V) and it works beautifully. Lead 1-3 going from left to right for the connector pin coming from the pressure sensor (left side of board on top with 5 leads) reads 5 V since 1 is the negative ground and 3 is +. Lead 1 to 2 should read between .385V when starting to fill and .7V when full. Mine read 1.35 V thus giving the SUDS and F35 error code.
I watched this video took off my washer top. Found the part ordered the part 1wk later I put it saved me 150.00 just for service fee plus 125.00 for the part thru the repair company
Thanks - you are the only one who shows to take out the switch by turning it 90 degrees. Well done!

Thanks Mark! Were you able to find a diagram for the CCU? I'm not confident on which capacitor it is...?
