Playing on PC with Community Patch and Enhanced Edition installed, since that is the ultimate Sacred 2 experience. It not only adds a lot of new items, it also fixes a lot of bugs that the developers never got to. You can still follow a somewhat similar build on console, but you just need to be sure what you want to use for Attributes, Skills and combat art modifiers, since you cant respec in the base game.

As much as I like Sacred 2 content (thumbs up from me ^^), especially build ideas, the problem is the "showcase". If you modify your char to level 200, you should change the survival bonus, too. Fightig enemies at you level is hardly a challange. If you don't die, enemy levels rise and the problems start when the enemies are 20+ levels above yours. I have no idea whether this build would hold up for that.
@Cheeser What God to select at character creation? Does it make any difference? I have just downloaded and were able to set-up mods per your recommendations. Thanks ! Gonna test this build.
No. Damage lore increases the chance for and eventually duration of the Burning DoT, Poison DoT, Frozen, and Weakness Status Effects caused by Fire, Poison, Ice and Magic damage respectivly. Nothing else.
It increases Attack value for chance to hit, plus early on you might not have access to the lightsabers, so you can easily use a regular melee weapon. Putting all your points in willpower for lightsabers wouldnt give you a significant boost anyways, since the more points you put in, the less return you get.
@@theCheeserChannel Thx for your reply. Makes sense, especially with the diminishing returns, but does Strenght increase attack value for dex or willpower based melee weapons is probably the core of my question.
@@Phoenix-sc6di It just gives you flat attack value, attack value increases the hit chance of everything. Including magic staffs and bows etc. www.sacredwiki.org/index.php/Sacred_2:Strength Strength increases the damage of strength based weapons, and gives you attack value, which is just a neutral stat for every attack in the game. Also to note and you can see it on the link, lightsaber damage is only willpower based if you have the community patch, in the base game they are strength based.

i chose testa god of science. But it barely makes a difference, since it has a high CD, so it might just be something you want to use in boss fights.

Does "chance to halve regen time" count as a secondary effect? Like would I be able to increase my chance of it proccing with Damage Lore?
