      Yeah, they definitely saved her life. The bad guy's plan was to ambush the cops and kill both of them quickly, run find the girl , kill her and then run away. Luckily both cops inside had the courage of lions and they were determined not to let this psycho win. They not only saved her life but they got a vicious psycho killer off the street. The world is a safer place with people like him 6 ft.underground.

      @@godblesschild3101 My ex still was trying to pull the strings on me and treat me like she owned me. I had enough of that and decided I did not have to put up with that anymore. For example, she was planning my outings with my son through my son when I'd pick him up every other Sunday. He'd get into the car and run off the itinerary ( can't make it up) I still was allowing it, then after several months I told him, this is our time, let's plan together on what we would want to do. That was my last time seeing him after I dropped him off. I know he is well because I check his school's portal but other than that he wants nothing to do with me. 😪

      Why is it so hard to have more than one thought at a time? You can have Police without Police dressing like the military. You can have Police without every call for help requiring Police. Defund and Abolish aren't the same thing.
      Further, you can have traffic stops without people being shot to death by the people tasked and paid to protect them.

      Cops don't create or collect property taxes. Legislature and the Governor due. Tell Cuomo, tell de blasio etc lower my taxes. Property taxes are used primarily for schools in many area's.

      @@Tcpix02 Do you know that cops getting slain by way of felonious assaults these days are so attacked due to their insistence on protecting the bad apples within their ranks and standing by while they violate rights, injure, and kill citizens and their family pets? Did you know that police are dying at 1/10th the rate that they end the lives of citizens using their firearms, not including every way else they end lives? And when i say "dying" I mean ALL on duty deaths. Which are, in order of most by category, covid-19, vehicle collisions, felonious assaults, by their own firearm or a partners firearm, and miscellaneous stuff like choking on a donut. I would compare the "ALL on duty deaths" number to the "ALL of the ways police end the lives of citizens" number but there's no way to get that number because they only report to any statistics office or federal agency when it's done with their firearms. And even then, that reporting is optional and only about 75% of departments even participate in reporting officer involved shootings.
      I'll have you know as well that I follow the officerdown page very closely, thank you. And my sense of justice, fairness, ethics, and proper policing are well intact, informed, and quite sharp.
      My comment which triggered you contained no personal attacks and no foul language. I was merely pointing out how cringe this comment was. It's the same kind of tacky adoration people pour out at veterans, ad nauseum. It's fine that it bothered you enough to defend the OP, but, don't attack the poster attack the position.
