What is TENS Technology?
Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) is a safe, non-invasive, drug free method of pain management used by Physical Therapists and prescribed by Doctors for over 30 years. TENS therapy utilizes low voltage pulses to the skin which stimulate nerve fibers that blocks the pain message to the brain or increase endorphins, a natural pain reliever.

1. Dual Channel Capability: Up to 4 Electrodes for Large Pain Coverage or Multiple Body Parts. Control each channel independently.
2. 8 Pre-Programmed Therapy Modes: P1 thru P8 is uniquely designed to treat your pain. Customize your therapy with our Pre-programmed modes that deal with both acute and chronic pain differently.
3. Digital LCD Display: The LCD screen is a clear display that shows the operating status. The feature indicated includes Channel 1 intensity (upper left), Channel 2 Intensity (Upper Right), Program Mode (Lower Left P1-P8), Lock Feature (Upper Center Left) Battery Voltage Indicator (Upper Center Right) and Timer (Lower right)
Low Battery Indicator: Symbol turns on when the battery voltage is low so there is no guess work involved in changing the batteries. Batteries last up to 150 Hours on average however this may vary greatly depending on if you use two output channels or only one channel for smaller body parts.
4. Lock Out Safety Feature: Built in safety feature ensures you do not accidently switch a setting or adjust the intensity. This can be initiated by holding the on/+ Button and the same time as the off/- button. Pad lock icon will be displayed in Upper Center of LCD Screen.
5. 25 Power Levels: The power levels are indicated by each respective channel in the upper left or right of the LCD screen. The output intensity can be adjusted from 0-25 by simply hitting the on/+ button or off/- button. You will find the output intensity unmatched in the industry with 80mA output.

The Channel intensity goes back to 0 after few seconds I set them. how should I prevent it?

Hello! I apologize for the delay in response. This is a safety feature that will cause your unit to stop stimulation if there is a bad connection. You may need new lead wires if you have recently changed your pads. You may give us a call at [phone] from 8a-4p CST.
