Better off getting an electrolyte powder made with stevia and minimal ingredients. Regular Gatorade has so much sugar and the sugar free versions probably aspartame or sucrolose and crap ingredients.
You can close down schools to clean and disinfect them down but that doesn't prevent an infected teacher or student feom spreading it around afterwards .
717jeezy That’s why lots and lots of testing really helps. If you haven’t had it, yet, you’ll know to stay hunkered down, and if you do have it, you will know when it’s safe to be around everyone. Once someone has it and is no longer contagious, that person not only is safe from the virus, but safe for everyone else to be around.

Really? I have both of those. I've been sick for two weeks, but I don't feel bad enough to go to the hospital.
Those are more typical of a rotovirus( stomach flu) or Type A Flu which killed 640,000 people worldwide last year. That is only the reported cases too. This years vaccine for the flu was not for the right Flu. That is why Type A & B flu are rampant right now. Shot is only providing minimal coverage for B flu which is still pretty awful.

Actually in order for us to build up immunity for this disease a number of people are going to have to get it and be asymptomatic or have mild symptoms. This is one of the problems with our antiseptic mentality. Maybe I have really high and unity which I seem to have because I've spent many years riding my horse and eating on the trail with no way to wash my hands playing in the dirt when I was a kid and all sorts of other things that have greatly enhanced my immunity.

Actually Dr.Oz had great suggestions to boost immunity. Most medical professionals would recommend exercise, sleep and Vitamin D and C to boost the immune response!
I normally do not listen to Dr Oz's advice but he is 100% correct for once with fresh fruit and vitamin D. His dose was too low. My Dr's recommend 3,000-5,000 iu a day. 800 isn't enough except for a child.
Dr Oz is a heart surgeon. He is renoun.....that is why Oprah sought him out

i've only heard interviews with people who had the virus talk about mild symptoms; has anybody who had severe illness been able to be interviewed? i hear about how serious it is, but i don't see anybody who's really sick.

Just thought I'd share it cause he had some useful tips also about expanding you're lung capacity in case you come down with it. That would be one of the first things to do. You have to start strengthening your lungs to be able to combat the pneumonia. Also look up a guy by the name of Gary Craig who teaches you how to do a breathing exercise. I'm not old but my immune system is compromised and the thought of catching this terrifies me.

There have been cases where people go to the ER and the doctors fluff them off and they go home and got severely worst. These hospitals are not prepared for thousands of sick patients flooding the system

When I was hospitalized for 6 weeks to cure my ''Diabetic Foot'' - with gangrene blood poisoning from 31 January to 14 March 2020 with 10 surgical operations, I was regularly checked, twice every day for a fever -over 103 degrees F - thank God that I had no fever! The nurses used an ear temperature meter on every patient. Of my roommates in my 2 bed hospital room, there was one man who showed up early one morning for his operation. He was prepared in his hospital gown and then after only one hour, a nurse checked his ear temperature which was over 103 degrees F. His surgeon kicked him out of our hospital immediately. She ordered him to stay at home for 12 days, since he is also living alone. If after 12 days he is not ill with a virus, then he can return for his surgery. Yes. I had a cleaning service coat the inside of my vents when my wife had leukemia.
It’s water droplets in the air when people cough or sneeze. People are mostly getting it from touching surfaces (it can live for 3 days) then touching their own eyes, mouth, etc. That’s why washing your hands and not touching your face are best.
