Thanks for the video, being a mechanical engineer in his starting years in a metro city filled with IT employees, enjoying their weekends with a good salary, tears your down, makes you think again about what domain you are working in and what is it giving you back. But your video reminds me about what perks i have as a mechanical engineer, and I swear i wont leave my field. Mechanical engineering build Men strong like steel from wrought iron.

Hi. Thanks for watching my channel. pls do share my videos with your friends. To answer your questions, there is no exact time frame here, but for the first few year ( say 5 years, growth will be slow..this is as per my experience. but later it picks up. If you get a chance to work with branded companies, life gets better and faster too. It is not impossible, just that one has to wait, learn, and make a place in the industry. Hope that helps. :)

hi , i am 2013 passout. what can i do now. gap of 9 years.
after graduting i did work in infosys for 1.5 years but left. after that i am idle. not sure if i am even worthy to roam on this earth. i always scored 90% in school. and 8 cgpa in engg mech.
it companies consider people with gap as criminals.
its better to do diploma. or run e rikshaw after 12th. there is no point in living.
Reinventing is important in life and career both. Find out what you are good at? Naturally? Speaking, Writing, Teaching, etc. There must be one thing you may find yourself good at. You have to just find a job role that fits with that one strength of yours. It's not impossible. Believe me!

Diploma mechanical Kiya hai 1.5 year ho gaya labour jisa kam karvate hai flor paint aur labour Wale kaam tum faltu Gyan de rahe ho jindagi ke bekar ho jaati hai 18 hr ki shift laga dete hai
Mera recommended hai ki Mechanical chod ke business ya phir chota mota kam sikhna chahiye kyo ki 15k starting salary mai 5 saal ke baad tum struggle karte rahoge
maine bhi diploma mechanical kiya hai 1 month job bhi kiya ek company mai lekin labour job hoti hai loge bolte growth mera samne wala ek ladka 6 year sai ek hi job kar rha hai wahi labour wala or salary 25000 jab ki ek company ek mnc hai.

Wo long term benefits k chakkar mai pura youth isi mai hi barbaad ho chuka hoga fir life enjoy krne ka na koi reason rahega na koi purpose. Family dekhte dekhte hi time nikal gaya hogaa fir 50 years cross krr lo hoo gaya jindagi khatam na kuch maja kiye na kuch enjoy baas company se chutti lekar family k saath train k 3rd AC mai apne ghar jana aur kabhi saal mai ek baar koi vaishno devi ka trip hua toh wo bhi bahut badi baat hoo gaee. Yahi Reality haii.
