I was so happy to pick up a used lens and some other" essentials" When I visited from the UK. I could spend hours and £££ in the store but sadly these are not unlimited.

I first visited B&H as a teenager in 1980. I've purchased so much equipment and supplies from them over the years and not a single bad experience. Amazing constancy and very trustworthy!

Started my photography hobby in 1973, oddly enough, often bought cameras & lenses at 47th Street Photo. Didn’t discover B&H until superstore opened. Bought scanner there in 2011 when last child went to college, been digitizing film photos since then. Still love to visit your store whenever I’m in NYC!

During my early years in photography, 1965 to 1990, New York stores were known to be dishonest and to be avoided. Then a friend to me to try B&H. They were great and remain so. Lens caps, straps, batteries are not extra cost at B&H unlike other stores. They built a reputation for customer service and it is first class today.

My first experience of B&H was in 1980 on a 24 hour visit to New York from the other side of the world. I saw this camera shop on a street corner so walked in to browse in the hope of finding something I could acquire. I was told in no uncertain terms that if I was not going to buy anything, I should f-off out of the store. However, many years later I experienced more than satisfactory service from them with speedy delivery of several on-line orders. B&H has set a benchmark that will be difficult to surpass.

it's great to see this video, I live in Brazil, but when I go to New York for business or pleasure I have to reserve at least 2 to 3 days to see the news from the biggest store in the world, “B&H Photo Video”.
