🕯Just perfect.. Super tutorial, you make me laugh when you tell us about your wife's makeup brushes 😅I've found them to be much better for blending as they don't lose hairs. The tip about using Naples yellow was very useful to know, I'll certainly be making use of that. Lots of good tips from this lesson. I just want to say that I've really enjoyed snuggling up and watching your channel this year Stephen, watching you produce such beautiful paintings and listening to you chatting away to us all. Love your tip on cleaning the blending brush. To keep mine soft, I usually clean it in very hot water and dish soap.....but i have to let it dry completely before I can use it again. Great tip!

As always a lovely tutorial, it’s so nice to find an honest artist who shows how every painting is a learning curve, I.e you adapt to how the colours and strokes are working.
I’ve watched a lot of tutorials all have there merits but stephens for me are so lovely and informative, at a pace that’s gentle and just watching and listening is a pleasure.
I’m not able to support Stephen on patreon at the moment as I lost my job due to COVID but as soon as I’m able I will definitely be signing up. Thank you Stephen your work has put a little light into a gloomy time 👍👍👏👍👍👍
