    Just take care with the warmup. According to some WSM guys, they injured their muscles repeatedly by training in cold conditions.

    Good old universal routine.. just missing barbell rows and deadlifts..

      that would be too much to fit into 1 workout, especially if you already done some sets of heavy squats. I like to do deadlifts on the same day as weighted dips.
