That foundation looks beautiful on you. I think I’ve heard it’s heavily concentrated and is suppose to be used mixed with something else, like a moisturizer or primer, although I see people use it on its own as well which makes it super versatile. I’d love to see you use it again sheered out.
This! She actually sells an oil that she recommends mixing with the Vision Cream Cover, and you can concentrate it to your desired level of coverage. Also works great with moisturizer or you can mix it with lighter weight foundations. I’ve mixed it with the Glossier Skin Tint and they’re so nice together. 🥰

Love the eye look on you. I have fallen in love with Danessa Myricks over the year. I have drier skin so I mix her foundation with her oil or her hydrating lotion, which sheers it out and blends really well. I do have her illuminating Veil as well but only use it when im under painting.
Any oil or illuminator will work to sheer it out. I also use it with my saie glowly super gel.

The illuminating veil is MUCH better beneath the foundation as opposed to on top. It's gives a beautiful natural glow as opposed to the artificial look you mentioned.
There’s a champagne shade in the Vision Flush formula that makes a stunning highlighter! No glitter and it melts into the skin… also gorgeous on the eyes.💜
Mixing in the dm foundation with mac face and body it’s a beautiful combo for a medium coverage

You need to try the waterproof cream palette for sure! It's so pigmented but so easy to blend, makes the perfect contour and I honestly use it for multiple things blush/lipstick etc!
@@Balletified I find that in the eye area it doesn't completely dry down so you may have issues with transfer or creasing! A primer or powder on top can help!

The illuminating veil is also kinda tricky to use for me but I found out the best way to use it is under foundation, its bright enough to stand out once you put foundation on and I think it blends better on bare skin

I find the darker Colorfix shades quite tricky as well. The lighter and more neutral ones are definitely easier to work with

i’m not sure if you have a set body care routine or not, but i’ve been struggling lately with actually sticking to one/finding body oils or creams that don’t get my sheets greasy and such. since summer is obvi a more sweaty time, i try to exfoliate more frequently than in the winter. if you’d like to, i’d love to see like a nice, relaxed updated body care/spa night kind of routine!!

You need to try the vision cream in the shade Tiara. The best highlighter ever!
YOU SHOULD TRY APPLYING THE OIL PRIMER FIRST BEFOPRE THE FOUNDATION IT FELT THAT WAY BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T USE THE OIL MOISTERIZER UNDER THE FOUNDATION AND A HIGHLIGHTER BRUSH TO APPLY THE HIGHLIGHTER. BLEND, BLEND, BLEND YOUR EYE COLORS THATS THE TRICK WHEN APPLYING EYE SHADOWS. (SORRY ABOUT THE ALL CAPS.)

I tried the foundation and it was full coverage fo’sho! I love Glossier foundation level of pigment. Have you tried diluting the DM stuff in anything to shear it out to something you could use everyday? I’d love to try it again because last time I returned it not fully understanding makeup enough. Thank you!!!! I live your shear sunburned sweaty looks as you’ve called them so I look to any products that get me that.

It never would have occurred to me to use those two colors together on the eyes like that! Crazy but cool. Your eyes and everything else don’t quite go together, but I like them each separately. I think the highlighter yellow is throwing me. Lol. The completion and matching lips is gorgeous! And the liquid eye color looks so cool! Really makes your eyes pop, but in a different way. think the look would have worked without the yellow, but the yellow is just so unique and cool. Super interesting!
Also love the contour. I am very pale and very neutral, plus I get no sunlight due to health issues, so bronzers with any warmth just don’t work on me. I love seeing true cool contours!

Danessa myricks mixes a face oil with the foundation. Then it’s easily spread out and you can decide for yourself how full coverage you want to go. I’ve seen a lot of her tutorials and she always uses a single drop to the entire face, because she use it with a face oil.
The illumating veil she puts under the foundation.
Anyhow, I’ve both products and have done it her way and it works for me. The Illuminating veil looks very natural this way.
