good video for c2 prep..i improved my cavity design to avoid overhanging enamel from this vdo...tmany thanks umich..
Don't round burs tend to gouge the axial wall a bit? I prefer to drop the box with a 330 2/3rds deep myself as the top of the bur rests on tooth structure. 330 is a lot less end cutting than a 245 too, so that helps with producing a conservative prep. I probably wouldn't use a straight fissure myself for the box because the result is sharp line angles.
Nonetheless, I really appreciate the advice on how to use the hatchet properly for the buccal/lingual walls of the box.
Thanks for the video. If we also have to make a occluso- lingual/ buccal extension along with the class2 preparation, what do we do for the lingual/ buccal extension? How is the step created for the lingual/ buccal surface.

@APPY902 maybe its your cavity preps bro! are they retentive?
What should i do , to be celver in practical oparetive ? ! :(
@APPY902 I guess you should improve your mixing or use good amalgam condenser.
good stuff
where is the reverse S curve? Moreover there is so much space between the tooth working on and the adjacent teeth..NOT GOOD...
good one
Have you improved your skill? :)
I think you're triturating the amalgam for too long, resulting in a crumbly mixture.
The videos quality is really bad cant make new hd videos that with up 2 date techniques
yaak
"enamel hatchet"? No thanks.
not a neat cavity
the preclinical guidelines and actual clinical work are night and day
