I respectfully disagree. I actually got a Brazilian butt lift and it was when I was at my most single, and in the best shape. I actually went into the surgery at 132 pounds, which is rare for this type of "peach God" approach. I did it strictly for myself, due to hard work and 7 days of extensive exercise wasn't cutting it for MY personal view. we should all speak from our OWN experiences and certainly not assume why others opt for choosing what they do.
Don't be stupid. People go to plastic surgery because medicine is science developed to improve their physical appearance too (or heal diseases). It's the same shit as when you go to the salon to fix your hair (change the color or texture; e.g.) or even when you make up your face or paint your nails.

@@MrsAmy24.7 yes, achieving it through exercise is extremely high-maintenance and I can’t see myself maintaining it for the rest of my life. That’s why I want the surgery and plan to get it 😊 not out of laziness, like the ignorant male trainer implied. I have other things to do with my life besides going to the gym 5 days a week.
Edit: Said male trainer deleted his dumb replies 🤡 he was saying that people are lazy and “make excuses”. It’s easy to say that when you literally make a living off of fitness. Not everyone wants to revolve their life around it.

I had breast implants explant , 360 lipo and fat tranfer to breast and butt...almost died..
You were probably anemic before and didn't know. That's high risk for surgery because you lose some blood during the draining process afterward which makes your hemo drop further than it was.
Iron is a must before and after to prevent a blood transfusion.

there are things you can do that are still safe! You can get the procedure done by a skilled surgeon too. Not all BBLs are bad but the surgeons in Miami and the DR that have the crazy before and after a are the ones to steer clear of. They take out way too much fat and inject way too much fat. A BBL costs so much because it is a serious procedure. This specific surgery shouldn’t be a weight loss tool. It should be to get improvement but not create a wisdom tooth shape on the body. Plus it’s fat and fat will die and you can’t tell where it will die. When the surgeons put so much fat in the butt it doesn’t have enough blood supply so the butt gets so uneven.

My question is.. If a Brazilian butt lift is such a Quote “dangerous surgery” then why its not illegal.. why are doctors especially in Miami still performing this procedure on people.. Why is this surgery so high risk but yet the most trending and doctors are still taking the risk to even jeopardize their careers for such a thing.. if it’s soo bad like everyone says.. Stop 🛑 doing it.. and make it illegal to perform.. they should put A Brazilian butt lift in the same category as Black market shots.. because at the end of the day.. you still could die from an infection from both..
Its not anymore dangerous than plain liposuction. The catch is that the parameters for the procedure are too broad. Heavier women are getting it done, anemic women are as well, and that's both high risk factors. That's why there's a higher rate of women getting blood transfusions. You already have a low hemo and the body drains blood and fluid after lipo. Its a recipe for disaster with anemic women.
Then you have women not taking proper care with incisions which is what causes infections. Not necessarily the doctor's fault in that case. I've heard many cases where women go to get lipo fluid massaged out and the MASSEUSE REOPENS THE INCISIONS. Is that sanitary ? Nope!
A lot of this is misinformation and not taking proper care after the procedure. If the procedure were so dangerous alot of women would be dying on the table when that's not the case.

When you re-inject fat back into the body, there is a risk that fat can get into the bloodstream and cause blockages. It can cause pulmonary embolism (blood clot in the lungs), deep vein thrombosis, stroke, etc. The death rates from BBL and "plain liposuction" are higher than every other cosmetic surgery available. And this is true even if the doctor is well-trained. The fat can migrate into the veins even if the surgery went flawlessly.

There’s grave yards full of people that have died from cosmetic surgery. So many that it’s not news worthy anymore. In countries like Columbia there are Dentist and Hairstylist performing surgeries claiming to be Board Certified. You have to pay to play and if you can’t afford to get it in the states don’t get it period.

Some of them probably have good genetics and/or do targeted exercises. Just because you didn't see this body type 10+ years ago doesn't mean we weren't around. I have a narrow waits and a really full bum and thighs. Those are my genetics, I don't do any exercises.

These doctors are very ignorant when it comes to this procedure notice he said black market trying to associate it with silicone injections. All plastic surgeries come with risks! They just don't like how particularly popular it is and the extreme results of the procedure . If youre a trained doctor you obviously know not to inject fat into the muscle and blood vessels they teach that in training. And in regards to fat injection its like filling a balloon or doing breast implants, you know when its getting to capacity these docs just dont like the aesthetics of a large butt.
There's risk of infection with all surgeries. And in most cases with BBL specifically infections mostly happen afterward from not taking proper care of incisions. There are post surgery masseuses that are reopening women's incisions or even from not washing your hands when dealing with incisions. And second it is possible to lose alot of blood. Especially if you dont have much to begin with. Thats when women find themselves needing blood transfusions and feeling fatigued and dizzy afterward. You have to raise your hemo afterward. The procedure itself has no higher risk than just plain liposuction. The same holes used for lipo are also used to reinject fat in the lower half.
With butt silicone injections (which are illegal) that's when you see women getting sick, butts exploding, lopsided lumpy butts, cancer risks etc. That's what's being displayed in headline news. Not to be confused with the BBL. Misguided misinformation is all I see. Oh and I love how they picked the most expensive doctor in the U.S. to describe his technique. He probably only does it 2 times a year.
Yes there's a risk of infections and complications with all surgeries but there's a lessend risk of that when you go to an actual doctor that you know has trained and studied for years to do what they do rather than someone under table who says they're a doctor but you don't actually know and yes black market surgeries actually exist. They may know that injecting fat into muscle and all that isn't good but it actually takes precision and skill to actually not accidentally do it. This surgery is actually the most dangerous plastic surgery and it has a pretty high mortality rate because it is so easy to mess up if the person doing the surgery doesn't do it perfect. You're the one who sounds ignorant because this is all very easy to look up.

BBLs can be safe when done properly and not done too aggressively. Problem is a lot of women are going into the surgery with BMIs of 33 or sometimes 35 and want an insane amount of fat taken out and these doctors in Miami or the DR will do it. There are limits to how much fat you can safely take out because of the blood that’s being taken out. These surgeons take out so much blood that the tissue doesn’t have much blood supply left. Then they get compression garments that cut off the supply even more and they get necrosis. The surgeons down in Miami or DR will say it’s “faja burn” but that isn’t true. The tissue died because it had no blood supply. Same thing with “lipo burn”. More often than not, “lipo burn” is from a person who was too aggressive with lipo. Additionally, the surgeons are placing way too much fat into the butt and putting it too deep. The reason women get fat embolisms so much with these doctors is because they are placing fat below the muscle and hitting things they shouldn’t be. The hard lumps women get is calcified fat because the fat doesn’t have enough blood supply when they put 2000cc into one butt cheek. It isn’t right.
Bottom line, lipo is WAY more involved than people believe and “aggressive lipo” is something no doctor should be doing for the safety of their patients.
It is NOT normal for a plastic surgeon doing cosmetic surgery to have deaths. It is not the fault of the women with their aftercare. The doctors do too much because they are often times NOT certified by the American board of plastic surgery (for the Miami doctors) or they like the money more than the guidelines they should be following.
I’ve seen a ton of plastic surgeons before getting my procedures scheduled and no legitimate or respectable surgeon does that type of job on someone. There’s also plenty of surgeons on UA-cam explaining the dangers of these doctors and why you shouldn’t go to these chop shops

Had it done twice I don’t regret it and I’d definitely do it again. Mine was my own fat transferred to my hips because I couldn’t stand the hip dents. I workout daily and have always had a butt I just wanted specific areas filled out. And to be honest I don’t give a damn what anyone has to say nor their opinion about me. I paid for my stuff and no ones opinion matters long as I’m happy within myself and my life choices.
