Make your own Coloring Book

Why not make your own coloring book. It's easy doesn't take much effort and the narrative or story can be different every day. Or maybe you want to create a THEME in your story.
Whatever you do is alright by me! It's your book, your story and you get to design it and share it however you like.
I just trust that you are taking the time to escape, create, to make something for YOU. Having a chance to just escape in the playfulness of creating is when our minds get to relax and loosen.
We get to figure things out and come up with new ideas too. It's a benefit for our brains and something as adults I just think we need to do more.
