- Our first ever INFLUENCER weekend! I have to say, at first we did not know what to think about it but boy oh boy did we have some fun!
This weekend was hosted at 7 Island Resort, Crystal Bay and Papa Remo Beach Restaurant all located in beautiful Watamu Kenya. Tracey and I stayed at the 7 Island Beach Resort and we loved the pool, beach access and very accommodating staff. The A/C was also freezing which for us Canadians is AMAZING!
Every time you go to the Kenyan coast you should always try to do a sunset dhow cruise and this beach trip was no exception for us. Authentic dhow, golden sunset, great drinks and snacks and fun people.

I like rhe vibe with the team. I wonder how hawaian pizza came to include pineapple in it though? But its still my favourite. I love my pineapples on pizza. I dont care what what the Italians say.
Pineapple on a pizza is just abominable and bad behaviour! And I am not Italian .....
It's known as Hawaiian because of the pineapple factor....(besides sugarcane, pineapple is one of the leading crops grown in Hawaii)
The place may not be this beautiful for long. illegal rock harvesters have invaded Watamu. They are even quarrying under the new Watamu- Malindi highway, behind Jacaranda Beach Hotel near and probably under the safaricom masts and across access roads. In a few days, they leave unsuspecting people's plots with gaping quarries. They are spoiling the beauty of the place.
That is sad... I was not aware...

Canadian pizza has pineapples 🤣 I tried it in Vancouver BC. It tasted good in Canada but in kenya it tested slightly different. at 22:19 I saw how simba man behaves when he is drunk a very happy being. Am definitely sure you enjoyed this trip
