- This is the MOST amazing and unique beach stay in Kenya or even Africa! Living in an ecolodge for a few nights in Watamu was quite an experience and we enjoyed every single minute of it.
This bubble hotel is not only fun to stay in, it also have some of the best food on the Kenyan coast. The owner who is Italian, imports special ingredients from his village to make the best pasta in Africa. Those dishes alone are an experience.
And on top of that, we had the chance to go snorkel, visit a beautiful secret beach and have a romantic evening for sun downer. Highly recommended!!!

Dave you and Tracey takes me back a while.Whilst i was working in Mombassa my wife came for a visit for 2 weeks.we also spend 4 days there.One of the best places in Africa to visit. We also liked to watch the stars at night.best host ever. Pasta top notch. We also spend lots of time in that pool.Cant wait for the next video.

Fun fact dave...the kenyan coast has the most rare species of puffer fish in the world...golden puffer fish...mappad puffer fish etc...which could go upto 800$ for one...in the usa for pets
