They changed to a lifetime warranty last month. Don't hold me to it, but anything bought this year has a lifetime warranty backdated to it.
I didn't know this light came out. I have a Baton 3 and my only wish is that it had a tail switch with momentary-on.
Well, this does just that! And it is similarly priced with this sale!
Another excellent review, James. Since I now EDC the Warrior Mini 3, I won’t be buying this one but it was nice to see the differences. The Nano would be an excellent EDC for anyone, especially at the lower price (& even lower during this current sale!).
There will be some who can't justify the Warrior Mini 3, but may find this to be a suitable alternative. I am just glad I was fortunate enough to try them both.
If Any one has good ideas as where to use the L mount let’s hear them!
Warrior mini 3 has an sft 40 emitter and the nano has an osram p9? Not a 100% wich osram but It is an osram I actually asked the live chat on the olight website and they found out and got back to me In no time in the past I'm sure the didn't disclose emitters but with everyone doing emitter swaps these days it wont stay a secret long. The sft 40 is great and I'm liking the new nano I love that I can take the battery tube off of my nano and put my Warrior mini 3 sft 40 head on it works great but the sft 40 does drain the battery fast so for long run times the 18650 tube is best.
The nano tube is a great addition to the WM3 head, that's for sure!

I picked up one, and the tail switch is really pratical. I have size 10 hands, and I hold it just fine as intended with the thumb on the tail switch. It’s pretty awesome, even if it’s not exempt from little downsides:
- it isn’t available in Neutral White like my Baton 3 Pro which I love (and seem’s to be the only Olight available in NW anyways)
- the « normal » switch feels cheaper than the Baton 3 lineup.
- the knurling is really agressive on your hand when you they to retrieve something other than your light in your pocket
- I would have prefered the knurling to be black like the Warrior Mini, I get it’s the usual color scheme but still it would like a lot better full black, especially for an EDC.
I also have a Baton 3 Pro, a Baton 3 Pro Max and a Perun mini 2. Seems to me I’m pretty weak but each light seems to have a purpose 😅
When you say knurling, do you mean the bezel? If so, I definitely agree that it should be black to match for a more tactical look. One nice thing about the emitter though, is that it could be swapped out very easily because the bezel unscrews very easily.
Olight needs to cut it out. It´s getting expensive with all these damn good flashlights. Never been in the dark the last couple of decades at least ^^

I am going to be making a High CRI version of a few of my Olights here soon.
I don't get it. The WM3 is a good size. If anything I'll put the nano head on a mini body. And I say if you want something small there a baton. Or a i5R why would you want a tiny tactical light. It's too small and battery life is compromised.
I agree that there is a bit of a gap here. They should have made it small enough to use on the Baton 3 bodies (that way you can still use the charging case).
Battery life is fine for its intended use. It’s tiny and easy to Cary in the pocket, but you have instant access to moonlight, memory, medium and turbo. Love this little light
Sounds kind of silly, but it is kind of hard to make out with the video: the outer ring on the tail switch is just a lip and not part of the actuation of the button (like the pointy bits of the previous iterations)?
The outer ring and inner ring, are both part of the same assembly. They both are moved in the actuation of the rear tail switch, unlike the older tail switches from Olight.

18350. Shorter style of the warrior mini 3 battery.
The baton 3 from years ago is smaller with the same lumens
But, and this is a good thing for a lot of people, no tail switch.
