Horizon isn't bad, you just get more utility from Bloodhound because it matches your play style. Give Newt some more health and she'll be decently strong
I think her ult pull should have the slightest more range, then again it might be op idk lol or maybe just take away the ability to run out of the pull
@@janderson2709 why do people call good ults toxic? I don't get it. Some characters have glaring flaws and very strong ults to make up for them. Other characters are like wraith that are really good at everything. Caustic and Rev get great ults since they're both very big hitbox wise and they have overpowering ults to keep them from being shit tier worthless.

You run into a fight hit a caustic with 15 consecutive r99 bullets, he's somehow still alive, he turns around at 1mph, throws his ult and wins the fight. The better skilled player loses because some guy is using a crutch character. Respawn themselves said that the game is supposed to be gunskill first and hero shooter second. Yet with caustic, gibby, horizon, crypto and revenant, it's hero shooter first, gun skill second.

Making the ult better is a bad choice imo, it would be pretty toxic if its v strong. We don't need another toxic ulti in the game
