Mini Apple Crumble Cakes

There are a few mini cakes on Cookidoo - they are for 4 small cake tins (you can buy these on The Mix Shop however I had a motley crew already so used these). A little confusing is portion size as it says 8 and that is 2 portions per cake in case you are confused like I was!
My cakes didn't take as long to cook so you could either use the Thermomix Sensor to monitor or keep an eye yourself.
The result? Delicious! There is also a large apple crumble cake option
