I have targeted leptin whether too low or too high in order to help promote metabolic and reproductive function in my patients. Everyone in my family is Morbidly obese. We all have a crazy high BMI and working out 3 + hrs a day is the only way we have found that one can lose weight and keep it off. Unfortunately its not sustainable.this is frustrating for everyone in our family.

How can we get Leptin to help with the hormone to reduce hunger to avoid the obesity?
