High Rollers was a Game Show originally created by Merrill Heatter and Bob Quigley and was brought back to life in the late 80's Following the success of The NEW Hollywood Squares with John Davidson, Orion Television Syndication and Century Towers Productions brought another 70's Classic Back to Life called High Rollers Merrill Heatter (who had nothing to do with John's Version of HS and called it a circus) was once again the Executive Producer of the series and it was Recorded at CBS Television City in Hollywood, CA which was the home to Heatter-Quigley's Gambit Alex Trebek the show's original host during the 70's on NBC was pulling Double Hosting Duties with JEOPARDY! on syndication (which he still does to this day) and Classic Concentration for NBC Daytime and so, Merrill Heatter called on Wink Martindale who hosted Gambit for CBS and Las Vegas Gambit for NBC to host this revival Crystal Owens and K.C.
