C300 has more top speed and 6.2sec of 0-100 kmph acceleration in comparison to 8 sec of 220d. and in 220d even if you get 440 nm torque but it's range is very less 1800-2200 rpm but in c300 the 400 nm torque you will be getting for a longer rpm range 2000-3200 3x more rpm range so you need peppiness it will give you

C300 or the 220 d.
My car would be mainly used for city drive
Which engine is the more peppy and fun to drive
go for petrol C300
because there is just 40NM torque difference but 65 HP difference
so it is better to go with C300
