No wonder it takes so long to get to trial . Takes hours to say what could be said in a few minutes. Looks like time could be better spent looking over evidence,
I would ask to see the surveys used in the high profile cases he mentioned.

Definitely tainting the jury pool. Questions are much too specific. Can ask question about “weapons” without being specific .

It's interesting how people are quick to condemn and judge. This is the justice system working. Anne Taylor's job is to ensure the prosecution presents the needed evidence for the jury to decide the outcome. The amount of ignorance and apathy is astounding. So many would be whining if this was them or someone they knew 🤦♀️ Most of these commenters should just wait for the trial at this point
100% agree! EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE deserves a fair trial! Some of these ppl with their rude comments seem to think innocent people don’t get convicted which is absolutely false. 1 tiny mis step can get someone wrongfully convicted. You best believe if this was happening to one of their family members they’d be on her crying. A lot of these ppl think they can watch a YT video and suddenly they can be an expert in anything they choose to be an expert in. A lot of these true crime youtubers thinking they are experts just bc they have a YT channel. The media (news networks) are starving so much for info they are now bringing some of these youtubers on their platform on a panel as if they are some sort of expert. Thats how desperate the media is these days. And of course they claim to know everything about everything. There is true crime one youtuber all the sudden and expert when he not long ago served a 10+year prison sentence for fraud lol and some of these people actually listen to him and take his advice and his “facts” on the cases lololol. Common sense I guess does not exist anymore. These tubers are also imo horrible for jurors. They get all their platform stating what they call “facts” and they have been disproven. Future jurors are watching this crap. Due to the media and/or social media it is almost impossible to receive a jury that is not impartial. Especially with a high publicized case. It its truly concerning these media platforms bringing these youtubers on their platform, playing expert and provides false “facts”. I hate the world where we live in these days where everyone is an “expert”. Some of these “experts” cant even count to 3 lol

BK, obviously isn't that smart......Why, he's in Jail/guilty. It is so obvious with a mountain of evidence and potential witness, informant. Everybody forgets, that WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT EVIDENCE THEY HAVE AGAINST HIM!!! For all we know, they may have the knife. BK's bedroom door was locked at WSU. That's weird, so what if when they forced entry, all over the walls were pics of Maddie and Kaylee (targets IMO) covering walls with bizarre messages. They may have found a "manifesto" type of document that BK explains what, why etc. We just don't know. IMO, Guilty as sin!!! He may have even started cyber stalking the victims while he was still living in PA., prior to his move to WSU.
Judge stay cool. The A.T. And BK are working the system. Start the trial by already
The damage is done and the defense's strategy worked and the trial will be moved. Judge is weak.
He is very very weak. The judge in the Murdaugh trial would have nipped this in the bud
The defense only wanted to take a calculated risk by tainting 1% of the population just so they could get their venue changed but now the prosecution got to give the most damaging evidence and rumors against Bryan more air time than the defense ever planned for.
So who REALLY won here? The defense by getting to continue the survey? Or the prosecution for getting to once again renew media interest and blasting out the most damaging evidence and rumors against Kohberger to all four corners of the earth?
Think about that for a moment then let that sink in…
Still think that it’s the defense who came out on top after realizing whose case got hurt more? The prosecution for losing out in Anne being able to continue her survey? Or the defense who just had all of the most damaging evidence and statements blasted out on headlines again everywhere-even in the counties she is hoping to get the venue changed?
Seems like Bill played the bigger hand here, feigned outrage just so he could get all the details that make her client look guilty to be blasted out across the globe.
You know the saying, “Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.”
I bet Anne Taylor is regretting not filing a sealed notice to the court about her survey before she started it so these questions and their objections could be handled behind closed doors.
The ONLY person that really suffers by even more people being aware of all these details is Bryan Kohberger. Those questions don’t exactly make the prosecution’s case seem weak. On the contrary though, those questions DO MAKE BRYAN KOHBERGER APPEAR GUILTY.
If they think calling people on the phone in three different counties to tell them the most damaging and prejudicial evidence & rumors against Bryan Kohberger is beneficial to them, then they only have themselves to blame if this strategy blows up in their face.
It’s a double edged sword though because now that it is in the public record that means the prosecution can go around surveying people telling them the most prejudicial rumors and facts about this case under the guise of a “survey” in order to verify the validity of the defense’s survey.
And technically they wouldn’t be tampering the with jury pool.
Defense better be careful with this can of worms they just opened. It might come back to bite them in the behind.
Defense is creating a self inflicted injury they won’t be able to cure if their survey does more harm than good.
IMO defense won a small prize with being allowed to continue the survey but they are going to end up losing the battle if they continue taking risks like this and giving the prosecution center stage to blast out sound new bites of the most damaging evidence that then gets renewed media interest and further & further promulgated to the masses…
Pretty soon defense could try to move this case to Timbuktu and it wouldn’t even make a difference.

Why didn't AT request a hearing before expert deployed survey? It does not make sense unless this was a tactic to force change of venue.

My biggest question is this; what if this survey were done in a metropolitan area and the results are practically the same? I’m assuming its part of the survey process already to do both locations but it’s an assumption. I just wish this question could have been hit today.
If the results are the same the state will continue their argument that it doesn’t matter where the trial is moved to bc this case is known everywhere. No matter where the case is moved too , they are going to have a hard time getting an unbiased jury.
my Deepest Sympathy has been evoked for this quiet , eloquent , & so Patient a Judge in having to remain in control of his court AND face the Ever Increasing disrespectful , provocative and deliberate time wasting of Anne Taylor especially as he also watches the significant inter play between her and her equally controlling client

& having had lawyers both as a client and a friend KNOW the difference between collusion , which occurs here , z friendship, Commentaries & cruising across that unacceptable l line
It is a puzzle why she keeps insulting the judge. Trying to cause a mistrial? Listening to her I wonder if the questions on the survey were deliberate. Also she keeps telling the judge what to do. She acts like she is the only one with a brain. Hmmm veery much like her client.
Defense lawyer is bossy and pushy. Would like to see the judge put her in her place. Both attorneys talk over him. Judge is a bit too easy.

The questions should NEVER have been asked. I am concerned about people being effected by the questions, especially when they once had no clue. This will disqualify them in the selection process. Not to mention, the blatant disregard for an up front honesty in letting the court even know that a survey was being administered. It is common sense obvious that this is truely a manipulation tatic to get thir own way inmoving the trial location and all the kiss butt is just to COVER their butt.

@@2sides_of_a_coin well, I finished watching the hearing…it seems like the judge wasn’t all too pleased with what the defense team has done. The defense team seems to define “public record” differently than the judge and the prosecutors. You would think that Ann Taylor and her client (who thinks he’s smarter than everyone else) would know that the public record is what is filed with the court…not what is in the public domain. But, hey, as long as BK is ok….
Defense is always sending her motions late in the day so she can delay as long as possible. She acts like it's everyone else's fault. Dirty tactics.
So BK is the ONLY one with rights 😮 What about the 4 beautiful victims whom had rights to not have their lives taken ❤❤❤❤❤

To me, it seems like assumptions all over with the defense and this survey. I feel they are trying to dirty the pool so they can get a change of venue. I dont know too many people who haven't heard of BK. He's infamous already. My husband and I have different perspectives on social media. He has no Instagram nor x account and gets on fb once every 3 months. Just because you heard of a case does not mean they think he is guilty. I'm not a fan of this defense attorney.

The prosecution is pompous and directs unprofessional comments at the judge, expert and defense. The defense is 1000% correct here. The venue should have been changed along time ago.
Not everybody spends their time listening to or reading news.

This case is well known throughout the country let alone this county. I even know it's followed internationally. Not going to matter the location of the trial.

He is charged with 4 murders. I understand the charges are not evidence. But as of now, BK is *presumed* innocent in accordance with the principles of our justice system. We'll let the trial decide whether he truly is 'innocent'.
