  • Relax as I use a mechanical pencil to write down a few radio frequencies that I will be entering into a police scanner in another video. This video is a relaxing sounds video and isn't meant to be a handwriting demonstration, though it does demonstrate crooked lines and overall sloppy penmanship:)
In another video, I will use this list to program a radio scanner. Click the following link to watch that video.:

My vintage pens were handed down to me from my father, who received them from his father. Some also belonged to my grandmother, my great grandmother, and my late aunt. The others have been purchased from Ebay, Goulet Pens, GoPens, local jeweler, ect...
    Thanks for watching:)

Writing with a pencil is relaxing. All of my poems are written in pencil.

I prefer using gel or ballpoint/rollerball pens because the ink distribution and how it flows is nice. Pencil pants tend to become thicker as they run out of graphite too

My study notes are almost all in graphite too. In my case for the extra benefit of being easily erasable in case of mistakes, blunders and derps.

I wish my handwriting was half as good as yours! Very relaxing video again, thank you!

Getting perfect straight lines is pretty hard, and we're all at the same page on that.
But I love how your "sloppy penmanship" still is way upper common penmanship you can observe outside.
Anyway, I enjoyed the video a lot. Thanks!

DazzlingEnd same I remember being in class and a teacher used to pull me out of class and take me to her small office and dim the lights and she just write down things & it used to make me close my eyes & relax without falling asleep

Personally I would have chosen more relevant drivers, but the fact that you're a fan of NASCAR has made me appreciate your videos more.

I like the way that you print numbers. This video makes me want to improve upon the way that I do.
I've watched many of your videos, you are a very tallented and knowledgeable guy.

Hello, I love the ASMR sounds of the pencil "scratching" on paper. I just got lead for my mechanical pencil and it doesn't make the same sound. What lead do you use? Or, is it the paper?

I know this is from almost 10 years ago, but you could benefit from reducing the amount of exposed graphite. The best ratio I've found is a tip about as long as the graphite is wide.
Just in case you still use these pen pencils frequently.

Thought about this comment today when I was doing a lot of pencil writing today. Your ration worked great! Thanks.

I missed hearing your voice on this, though you absolutely ""get" ASMR and always include many excellent qualities that produce ASMR triggers. At any rate, the sounds and visuals of this video are wonderful AND, as I already mentioned, your voice or an introduction on this would be most welcomed. And I understand that others may enjoy a voice-less video, also. Regards-
