@@jameskatu6339 raw my mum usually pour with water in pot overnight. Next day only cook it or boil with other ingredients like pork bone, lotus root or etc.
asian country mostly use peanut(must roasted before use cos flavour is great)for food(mostly peanut paste) example sate with peanut sauce
