I like how it’s multi use, even if you’re not detailing your car it’s still useful. Bathrooms get grimy and steam makes quick work that would otherwise be hours on your knees with chemicals and a brush.
Lol! My buddy and I were both wrong on the price of this steam extractor! He said," it's probably $1000 dollars" and I said, "well, whatever you think it's worth ,I think it will be priced three times that amount"! So with the price being $2000 dollars we were both wrong. I'm not going to deny that this is what I've been looking for for years. You can find commercial steam extractors but they are extremely expensive and bigger than this unit. So this does solve the problem of finding a small unit that would fit into a auto detailing arsenal. I only wish it was available several years ago as I'm retired now.
One tip I would like to give that has helped me alot with my steamer is once I'm done with a job I turn off the machine and hold down the trigger. This helps bleed the pressure and moisture that's in the hose. I use this method for 2 reasons and sometimes hit 2 birds with one stone if I'm done for the day and low on water. One reason I do this is if I need to fill up the machine again but dont want to wait for the pressure and heat to die down (kills time) before having to refill the reservoir. The other reason I do it is so that I clear out the hose so that next time when I go to steam on another job when I press the trigger no water is sitting in the hose which causes water to squirt out along with the steam. Hope this helps anyone who gives this method a try 👍
Just subscribed after watching your amazing work on the 401 restoration on Rescue Rebuild helping Jason out after his injury. It will make a great Angel Flight bird thanks to all those who chipped in to help.
One you use the Hot Water Extraction is a must to have at least Two Good Air movers
To help Dry the Interior been clean
For Faster Express Cleaning / Sure is a Killer System to use your Steam Vac system and For sure use protection in what you are Breathing✓✓
What We don't see much is The Talk about the right way to use either very High Alkaline PH cleaning Product & How to Neutralize that High PH / so you don't get stains back the next day
Nice to see more Education Info on Pro Cleaning Products not just the APC & Degreasers all the time used
Tons of different Pro Cleaning Brands out there that will sure make a Huge Difference
Bro, I would love if you could explain a couple of things to me. It seems like you have experience with this job.
This is something I didn't know I needed for my detail jobs
That steamer cost more than my car💀
I’ve always thought about putting hot water in a normal extractor but it might damage it, so I’m glad this exists
I had a bissell and put hottest tap water I could in the water tank and it warped the plastic
@@drewbartlett3402 oh damn I think warm water should be ok
@@drewbartlett3402 ive put near boiling water from a kettle in mine plenty of times. Never had any problems
Works but doesn’t last, you’d need some way of keeping it warm when inside the silly tank
@@Resprays i put kettle water in mine and its supposed to keep it warm from the air used to cool the motor. Generally works really well.
Saw you use this on a video the other day and was hoping you would have a highlight on it. Wish came true! Thanks gents.
Hmmm just when I thought I've seen all the cool detail tools out there you show me this thing. Wow I'm blown away I didn't know this existed.
That’s actually cool. I wish I can try it before buying it because I’m sure it cost just as much as a beater car you can get for cheap .
You could save $1800 taping a steamer head to a wet vac/bissel spot clean pro. It’s $2000.
It’s a neat idea and there doesn’t seem to be any other options on the market, but you’re just combing two $100 tools into one $2000 package. It’ll save you some time over going over things twice, so for high volume, professional detailers this could be worth it, but wait a year or two and Bissel will probably end up copying it for $250. They already have an upright steaming vacuum.
I didn’t even know something like this existed. Pretty brilliant if you ask me. Thanks for sharing Larry!
If I bought this I could get rid of my current steamer, extractor and potentially even my vacuum. That would save so much space!
Thank you Larry, I need this for the ultimate arsenal
Give us a demo on a full car 😍😍 this looks amazing and i live your channel
Interesting and very versatile detailing tool.
I’m gonna have to pull the trigger on this one! Start boxing one up for me Larry!
Very awesome! Love seeing new tools from you.
Good for people with nose issues. Low steam high suction for floor.
Great idea, beautiful machine, congrats
Truly brilliant tool Larry! 👌🏻🤩👍🏻
Does this unit have the same wand capability as the dedicated steamer as well as the steam-vac feature ?
this is amazing
My husband saw detail cleaner tool that can brush steam and vacuum tge dirt at the same time
So this machine can be used as a regular vacuum for dry debris before shampoo?
I have been looking for something like this. I use a Wagner steamer and mytee 300H. Can this machine strong enough to replace both?
This is a cool device. I grew up in my families carpet mills in Eton GA and have quite bit of knowledge about carpet. How big is the size of the holding tank for the distilled water for the steamer? I do really like this machine.
The fact that you ask this tells me it's important. Obviously if it's on the small side, you'll have to keep refilling- how long does one tank last?
This machine needs a continuous fill option if it doesn’t have it. That would make it supreme. 2l reservoir to keep the boiler fed.
Beam-Dampfsauger from Germany is the manufactorer
Is this available in Australia?
Karcher sv7 👍
How many times would you need to refill it during a interior cleaning ?
I would have to buy some de-ionized water to use in this machine due to the hard water in my area.
will this be availible in europe row etc? or is it just na canada
Oh my god $2000 🙆🏿 bye
Wish I had $2000 because I'd buy this. I have a passion for cleaning my Camaro. I just don't have any tools for cleaning other than my shop vac and pressure washer.
you can buy a seperate steamer, as well as shampooer for alot cheaper ! bissel makes a decent shampooer thats like 150 bucks even Ammo nyc would use in his detailing on the road videos. not sure how much steamers are though but i definitely want both !
Chief Steamers has better steamers than this or Ammo's dedicated steam machine and sells an attachment to use with your wet vac. You can easily spend less than $2000 and have a much better steamer at the same time.
Where can i buy this vacuum?

this is so awesome!!!
Cuanto cuesta y donde la puedo comprar?
What’s the cost
Available to the uk at all Larry?
Looks like a really neat concept but I’d be curious to see how the suction stacks up against a high end extractor. If it’s on the same level as a mytee and proves to be just a durable I think it’s a winner
Cheif steamer makes one thst you can hook right up to your extractor hose instead of there own
I sent a few emails to you about my steamer. No response
Hey haven’t received them? Try support@ammonyc.com. Happy to help!
Is this a patent?
Hey Larry what was your favorite band that you have posters of in your shop?
Rage Against The Machine :)
@@AMMONYCSTUDIO Thank you Larry!
How much is it
2 grand for plastic and stickers
Who makes the machine? Is it made in China? Regards, Tony
Pretty complicated. Not sure I could figure it out.
Looks as though it’s sold for $1999.00 on the AMMO website. 😢👍
Need
Why not cordless ?....better versatility
This type of machine I’m pretty sure requires to much power for a cordless option.
Solots like a safer extracter
For 2K!! For 2K, it better be made of stainless steel and last a lifetime, and come with a 5 year warranty... I'm just going to splice a shop vac and a steamer wand together using an extractor nozzle from e-bay... same difference.
