Best podcast I have seen. I myself have poisoned my mind for the ego and acceptance of others with movies and ghost hunting. Now it's hard now to overcome anxiety and depression in that state your weak when darkness tries to come in. You first need to trust yours to have faith in order to over come the unknown. Geo you are right to not watch or except dark in your life. Plus you have a beautiful son that looks up to you. Me being in law enforcement and seeing evil in the real world why would you want to bring this darkness home with you. I wish I really had friends like you cause I am going thur darkness by myself and alone. I don't like depression or any mental illness but it is there. Just need to see the bright side of life and continue moving forward. Fear comes for the trust in yourself. I know you will never read this because I am nobody's in
your circle of importance but just wanted to add my feelings to this story. Thanks God bless and be strong.

Geo when you watch these horror movies you should have the mindset of "this is fucking stupid its only a movie" plus you have bart as a protector and a bunch of good friends you shouldn't ever be scared.
im really with Geo on all of this. LOL like i feel her 100%. being supportive of her friends even when she doesnt agree, being 100 real and the supernatural/the dark ... all of that.

It would be great if they interviewed a theology professor or a pastor. So they can go into the bible and religion stuff with someone who knows the history of all that and knows how to interpret the bible.

yeah but honestly we dont have solid history of jesus the knowledge we have of everything is a very very very very long time after and we dont even know or have history of who wrote the actual bible only their name so only root we go back to is churches and then comes the manipulation or corruption etc etc but there is no real history in a factual sense other than the wars and killings from catholics etc pretty much what we know about jesus is way after he died there was no eye wtinesses but what they can do is read what they have atm i guess. other than that there is no actual history of the knowledge in the bible

It makes sense, Jknews is much more fast paced and high energy. Plus, it’s also a very small snippet of Geo/Geo’s persona mixed with another 5 or 6 people.
I wonder where we could get that control of overcoming a fear that we don’t want to be afraid of anymore. I understand facing the beast like Bart said, but I can totally relate with Geo.
It’s just crazy hearing this podcast & seeing how I can relate to geo fears (the dark, ghosts) & my fiancé relates to Bart’s fear (heights).
I really hate being afraid of what I feel is irrational such as the dark & understanding the concept of ghosts are here but won’t necessarily be near me in any moments. I wonder how they come about as well. Cause I could watch scary movies, but will be afraid still & need my fiancé to fall asleep before me too 😭😂

Geo I can relate to you as far as your phobia with horror things/movies. Cuz I’m exactly the same. I cannot watch anything scary or even talk about them because it will stick with me all day and I’m paranoid. The only thing is that ghosts even though things like that scare me as well it’s not as much because that’s very interesting to me. But anything else scary, horror, slasher, suspense, jumpy etc I just can’t deal with.

I never understood the fear of the supernatural I have had some of what you could call supernatural experience but I never felt any fear. Like one time when I was 12 I think I would see like people or figures walking around in my room. The weird thing is that I never felt fear I had this strange sense of amusement and curiosity.

Try watching scary movies during the day with the windows open and the sun shining. Not as scary. Also movies are man made too so what’s the big deal? I think Geo's fears all stem of a fear of not having control. Her knowing what has happened in religions like crimes (facts) allows her to form her own judgement and opinion. The unknown of spirits scare her because there isn't definitive proof if they exist or not. I'm the same way. I'm scared of what things could be...the possibilities. 👻
