I might be in the minority but i got to say i miss the old day by day videos when you guys were all together backpacking in for 10-12 days at a time. It showed more of the grind and not just the elk action... the comradery of the crew, to me thats what the show was all about. Totally understand how difficult it must have been doing 45-50 days straight and then pumping out a video everyday but LOF 1, 2&3 were epic.

You could see the stress it was having on them though, that 5 months of none stop grinding to put it all together. I'm sure they are all trying to be good husbands and dads at the same time. Still great content
I’m 100% with you I missed the day to day videos it made you feel all the emotions more cause you to were spending days without seeing elk and then when they finally got one it was so exciting!

That was an exciting, non producing hunt as I've seen. I actually learn alot by watching ya'll during elk season. How to not worry about the wind, until you're about 150 yards out. When they sneak in on you, where does 150 yards start? And another one, I can wait for a bigger bull. Why pass on a great bull, to maybe harvest an awesome bull? Does the meat taste different, maybe better? And lastly, let's not carry a jerry can of gas, someone will stop...lol Just busting on ya guys, I love ya'll ❤️

I can't say for sure, but the plant you called elk crack looks a lot like choke cherry. Both mule deer and elk love it.

Don’t stand behind the cover, or you’ll be shooting through brush. Stand right in front where you have a nice back drop to blend into. Draw when he can’t see u and let it fly.

Nothing like finding some stranded on the side of the road elk hunters who ran out of diesel. Great video even tho no arrows were flung. I can’t wait till next week to hopefully see Trent and Trevor get a crack at one. Another great trip into the elk woods for a south Louisiana boy. Also appreciate how y’all take the time to explain some of the reasons for doing certain things and certain times.

They are amazing. It's crazy because I didn't think you could improve on the K3 but this new frame is super comfortable and packs heavy weight like a dream!

Gotta say I’m REALLY missing the videos of hunts that ARE NOT about getting a giant bull. I get that these are once in a lifetime tags, but come on. The average joe/Jane isn’t going to hunt in these spots. I miss it when you guys picked a random spot and just went in like a wrecking ball
When the average joe/Jane has been building points for 20+ years to get a once in a lifetime opportunity then they definitely would want to get that once in a lifetime bull.
@@grnwtr4life IF the home work has been done and there is a specific bull is on the ajenda, yes pass on everything else. But they seem to be passing on very decent bulls and HOPING somehing bigger will come along. My brother pulled this same shit, went home empty handed after a 16 year wait for a tag.
Use to be a lot better when there was hunting and not just calling bulls in for photo ops.
