Excellent to the point tutorial. I should point out one tiny thing though - when the German battery fired to support that attack and the German forces in the combatted square fell back, not only should the attacking units be tipped but also the battery too. Batteries are tipped anytime they fire. Thanks for the vid!
Thank you, it's a great game and well worth playing as soon you can. I made the chart as the one in the book is quite small and difficult to see during play. This was made with Word and I fitted two on an a4 page, perfect for both players.
Storm of Steel Wargaming I’ve just spotted this and have downloaded the charts . I,ll laminate and use them thank you so much . I plan to play and manoeuvre on 36” wide maps using card units .
Thank you for explanations. Great vid. Seems like a great rule system. You convinced me to get it : ) One question tough. Which scale minis were you using? Loved the bases : )
@@StormofSteelWargaming Just strikes me as being very much more a game and a board game at that. Thought I might pick it up but I'll pass I think, plenty of good board games out there that do this just as well or better IMO.

Thanks, yes you're correct a slight oversight on my part.
I’m really enjoying these videos, I have the ruleset but haven’t set up a game yet . Your laminated combat chart looks very useful , btw .😁

Thanks, I am glad you enjoyed it!
Very good walk through.
Cheers Peter!

Cheers, I am glad the video was useful. Rommel is an excellent game and you've made a great choice! The figures are 3mm.
SWEET THANK YOU..
No problem, I am glad you liked it!
Question: Does tank shock apply against infantry in fortifications?
Tank shock only affects non-armoured units in the open, so a fortification would negate the shock.
Do you still get a game in with this ruleset or have you moved onto other games like O group instead?
I've not played it for years TBH, it's a good game, but just haven't had a chance.
@@StormofSteelWargaming too many games and not enough time!
