You would have to introduce an idea that’s not anywhere in Scripture (including 1 Peter 3) to arrive at that conclusion. That’s one of those false doctrines you would have to be taught outside Scripture to see in this. Mormons are great examples of trying to prooftext their unbiblical teachings by twisting Scriptures like this.
