I have suffered from depression and anxiety for at least 10 years. It has stolen my youth, my dreams and lots of opportunities. At the beginning of the year, I started praying day and night with Praying Beads, chanting "Amituofo" while listening to Imee Ooi's music. People said I am now as calm as still water. Honestly, even though I'm anxious at times, I can control myself better. I'm thankful for Imee Ooi's music to center and ground myself whenever my mind gets anxious.
