Can’t get enough of your videos Mate! Absolutely love what you're doing and so Inspirational, I’ve just started my own Spearfishing/fishing channel based on The Great Barrier Reef.
It's cool to see you do different things. There's a lot of fish in the world a lot of them fight harder than bass. Last winter I caught a 10lb trout, that was really fun especially when you've only been bass fishing for awhile
Caught that catfishing bug. They’re a blast. Even better at dusk,dawn and middle of the night. Id recommend a bigger rod and reel for them though,they’re going to snap them rods
I also, use a 3 loop swivel, use a good size triangle sinker w 20 lb. Fluro. Heavy braid main line and heavy braided line to a treble hook w a live bluegill. It’s a great way to use live bait yet still keeping the bluegill in the right spot.
Good advice I do the good chain thing sometimes.

I used to love doing this. Found the worms and caught the bluegill. We caught so many five and four pounders in a matter of two weeks at our neighborhood pond
There is this lake in Chesapeake Virginia called oak grove park that has massive blue gill and 12 pound bass you should check it out

If you want worms without digging up the forest or your backyard, just water your lawn realgood and around 10pm go night crawler pluckin..lol flash light helps you find their shinny bodies, then just pullem up..an hour of plukin gives you a bucket full of crawlers.

Also the best way to get night crawlers is hose down your grass right before dark and later at night go out with a flashlight and pick them up just dont keep the light on them for vary long cause they will go back in the ground . try it .

A tip for you guys find a pine tree and go in the morning when to do is out and the ground is a little moist and just go on your hands and knees and move the pine needles around and you'll find tons of warms that way it doesn't matter what kind of dirt or soil you have the pine needles make their own dirt under the tree and the worms love that Target worms all the time go up on or cedar trees cedar trees work great too I don't want pine or cedar just move the stuff around with your hand when it's moist and you'll get tons of worms right there

Same thing happened to me.I used a bluegill for cut bait and hooked up with a nice 1lber.Didn’t know that bass feed off cut bait.
What is a good rod for top water/ flipping (power, action, length, etc...)?
Top water? Froggin or a treble hook bait? For froggin and punching, get a heavy\extra heavy fast action somewhere above 7 foot. For trebles use a more moderate action and a rod power that suits the weight of the lures you're using. Dobbyns has good rods for whatever u wants around $70 to $120

We catfish a little different in my family we basically use a Carolina rig but we don’t loosen our spook we put our rods in rod holders and just wait for your rod to take off like a bat outta hell lol it’s so much more fun that way lol I’m telling you you gotta try it that way

Cian Roche lews xfinity you can ussually find them at Walmart it’ll run you about 100 bucks but it is absolutely worth and it is a GREAT combo especially for the price
Right now six gill fishing is having a buy one get one sale on rods so u could get a couple of rods for about $50 apiece and paired with a Shimano SLX or diawa fuego u could have two different rods for 200 with the reel and those are some good rods! Otherwise I can recommend the Abu Garcia vengeance rod, good for the price, have mine paired with a Silver max from Abu as well.

Small cats got to try some night fishing larger lakes and rivers for the bigs 30 to 50lbs and then you know you hooked something
