I bought a new red one in Montreal in 1976 and sold it in 1978 when I got a 100 cc motorcycle. I don’t think it had a decompression valve but I started it on the centre stand with the pedals. It had the switch to disengage the engine too. I bought the matching front scooter fairing which was a nice touch. I added a padded seat onto the rear rack as well as rear foot pegs for my girlfriend, now my wife. Loved that bike! Wish I had kept it….

I had mine in 1982 , loved every minute of it, even the sound of yours running brought back memories, great video.

Fond memories of my blue "smurfette". I got it when I turned 16 from an uncle of a friend who was cleaning out his garage. I rode it for a couple of years and it was a very good present. 100-110kms on 1.5 litres of petrol. It was not considered "cool" but I could go out and not be too worried about the risk of theft. It was very reliable.

My sister had one; she got her in 1973. There was a factory in Eibar, Basque Country, and if the bike had the slightest fault, it was sold as a second hand machine. Our bike had a tiny bump in the rear seat and my sister bought her almost in a half price. There was another version with three gears. It was better, and more pretty too, orange. Good video. Eskerrikasko!

Great walkaround! I have a weathered 1972 model which is identical to yours apart from colour. Its great for riding round my home town, I love it. Such a comfortable (and so far) reliable bike. I am thinking of putting saddlebags on like yours, they look great!

Thanks mate, I’ve had ideas to buy one of these and use as daily transport to work, but not sure if it would be up to the 26 mile 3 day a week trip.
I can imagine it certainly raises a smile or two when people see you ride.
Thanks for showing us the bike.

That is in awesome shape! I've been looking for one a couple years now in the Midwest, but you can't find them. Which is strange for the number of years they were made. I want one to compliment my PA50's and NC50's. And hopefully I'll also find the older P25 someday, other then overpriced rusty bits and pieces

The price is about $3000, just because everything is original and in good condition.
