For the 2 Minimum Salary and 2 maximum salary we can use ROWNUM clause or Top Clause for MySQL and arrange the Salary coloumn in Asc for min and Desc for Max

03) table salary (columns are empid,amount,month).
Q) get the empname , how don't get the salary in the month of December
did you try this?
join 1st and 3rd table using emp_id as common kry and see if dec salary is null
